Faculty Andrew Bell graduated from Columbia University School of Law in He is currently an associate with the Locks Law Firm in New York where he handles complex class, collective, and mass tort actions in the areas of consumer fraud, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), products liability, toxic torts & medical malpractice. He has represented class action and collective bargaining plaintiffs in recent actions against Wells Fargo, GEICO, Liberty Insurance, Power Windows & Siding, and Allstate. James Barry is an associate with the Locks Law Firm in New York where he concentrates on complex civil litigation with a focus on class actions and collective actions involving consumer claims, data breach claims and Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) claims. Mr. Barry has handled class actions involving improper wage deductions from employee pay, data breach claims, consumer fraud and violations of New Jersey statutory law. Mr. Barry has successfully tried cases to verdict and arbitrated cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

3 Joshua Snyder is a partner in the law firm of Boni & Zack LLC in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including antitrust, consumer protection, copyright, and ERISA class actions. He has recently represented plaintiffs in class action lawsuits against Apple, Google, and Major League Baseball, among others, and is currently litigating claims brought against multinational banks alleging violations of federal antitrust laws arising from their manipulation of key global benchmark rates.
