No BC - CD dt Attention of Branches and Regional Offices is invited to the above circulars, wherein the detailed guidelines on the above scheme were communicated and Branches were advised to submit the details of eligible loans for the period from to through Regional Offices, so as to submit subsidy claim to Canara Bank. The eligible claims for the year , received from the Branches through the respective Regional Offices by way of Flat File, have been submitted to the Canara Bank through the web portal by uploading the data file. Now, the Canara Bank has activated the web site and facilitated to upload the data files of eligible loans for interest subsidy for the period from to through the web portal. All the Branches are, therefore advised to prepare the details of eligible loan accounts as on covering the period from to as per Annexure I enclosed and submit the same to the respective Regional Offices by , alongwith annexure D of the Cir. No BC-CD, dt It shall be noted that the Managers will be held responsible and made accountable, if submission of the claim is delayed or if any eligible loan a/c is left out or any wrong claim for ineligible loan a/c is made. Regional Offices, on receipt of the details from Branches shall prepare the data file by consolidating the details submitted by Branches and submit the same to the Head Office, so as to reach on or before along with certificate and undertaking as per Annexure D of the circular 1 st cited, to enable to submit the subsidy claim through the web portal by up loading the data file on or before which is the last date for uploading. The revised Data file format is enclosed in Annexure-II. All the Branches / Regional Offices are advised to expedite the process and submit the Claims in time as stipulated above. Clarifications required, if any, on this circular may be sought from the Credit Department, Head Office, Kadapa, though respective Regional Offices, as per extant guidelines.
