2 THINGS TO BRING For opening of personal/corporate account For Personal Account: Please bring your NRIC or passport (if you are a foreigner) when opening an account with us. Up to two names are accepted for each box. For Joint Account, your co-renter must be present when you are registering for your box. Access is on an either/any basis. This means that either one of the renters can access to the box and close it. For Corporate Account: When opening an account with us, please bring: - Your company s letter authorizing the appointed representative(s) to open an account - A copy of the company s registration certificate - Your company stamp for our Contract. Up to 2 representatives are allowed for each box. You may change the names of the representative whenever required. There is an administrative charge of $20 plus GST for every change. Access is on an either/any basis. This means that either one of the representatives can access to the box. For surrender of the box, either one of them can close it by bringing a company s letter authorizing the appointed representative and the company stamp to close the box. Payment: On completion of the registration, please pay the first annual rent and a refundable deposit of $150 through NETS or cashcard. For corporate account, please bring along your company cheque for the first annual rent and deposit of $150. Subsequent annual rents would be paid through GIRO and we request you to fill up the GIRO form when you are present in our office.
