As we now enter the last quarter for 2018, we remain well positioned against the competition and with so much inbound flow of MY19, October is sure to be another exciting month for Mercedes-Benz Canada. It is essential that we remain focused on clearing out all remaining MY18 inventory, therefore we have activated Payment Waivers on the majority of models for the month. This enhancement further improves the competitiveness of our attractive monthly payment offers. MY18 Highlights: 3-Month Payment Waivers: smart electric drive coupe/cabrio B-Class, CLA, GLA, C-Class (excl. 63/63S AMG), GLC (excl. 63/63S AMG), SLC, E-Class (excl. 63/63S AMG) Cash Support Changes: MY18 B-Class: $3,650 cash support in all channels MY18 C 63/63S AMG Sedan: $2,500 cash support now in all channels MY19 Highlights: 3-Month Payment Waivers: B-Class, GLC (excl. 63S AMG), E-Class Sedan (excl. A Daimler Company October 1 st, 2018 TO: ALL MERCEDES-BENZ CANADA DEALER PRINCIPALS AND GENERAL MANAGERS RE: OCTOBER SALES PROGRAMS FOR MERCEDES-BENZ VANS Mercedes-Benz Vans delivered over 1,460 units in the third quarter, despite that many dealers are running out of 2018 Sprinter inventory. In the month of September we delivered more than 525 vehicles, slightly shy of our anticipated monthly target. The MY18 Metris sell down is slower than we expected in some regions. Therefore, to support your effort on moving the current inventory, we are announcing a reduction of lease/finance rate from 1.99% to on the MY18 Metris Passenger Vans. Other sale programs carryover unchanged. We are anticipating the release of the MY19 models later this month. Units are currently arriving at the port and are being prepared to be released, pending certification. On the national level, we are making all preparations to get MY19 models to our dealers as quickly as possible. Thank you for your hard work and patience in the model year transition period.
