1 OTPdirekt fees and charges 1. Monthly fee (1) OTP Bank Plc. levies a monthly fee for the use of OTPdirekt services for each contract. The monthly fee consists of the sum of all monthly fees and charges for all services used. (2) The invoicing period for the monthly fee will be calculated from the 1 st (first) until the last day of the relevant month. (3) The fee levied for the use of the first month s OTPdirekt services will be calculated proportionately to the period (part of the month) of the service provision. The fee will be levied to the account of the cost bearer. (4) In all subsequent months (when OTPdirekt services are provided for the entire month) the fees will be debited from the active account specified in the OTPdirekt contract. (5) If the fees to be levied or services provided are modified during any month or period, the monthly fee will be calculated according to the modification and will account for the proportion of the month that the service was used. (6) In the case of cancellation of any OTPdirekt service, the complete monthly charge will be levied for the month of cancellation. (7) In the case of suspension of OTPdirekt Internet and WAP Banking Services, the monthly charge will be automatically levied for the time of suspension. (8) In the case when a contracting party s account circle having access to internet services, excluding securities and credit card accounts, cancels the postal delivery of their bank statements, OTP bank will provide a discount to their account keeping fees, commencing from the following month. In the case of the contracting party having cancelled their postal statement and wish to have a statement provided at their bank branch, OTP bank will provide this free of charge with the original content in the month following cancellation. All statements provided after this time, referring to a previous period will be charged according to the list of fees in the relevant announcement. (9) For clients possessing OTP Junior and retail Student Accounts, the following OTPdirekt tariff rates are available: Junior Extra: This package contains the following services: all OTPdirekt services, automatic twiceweekly SMS account balance notification (on Mondays and Thursdays which are bank business days) and the Kontroll messaging service. Junior Light: This package contains the following services: all OTPdirekt services (except for automatic twice-weekly SMS account balance notification). This package does not include the Kontroll messaging service. 1
2 (10) In the case of clients possessing a Retail Electronic Account Package, OTPdirekt monthly charges are included in the account keeping fees. (11) For private banking and prestige private banking clients, OTPdirekt services are included in the private banking account keeping fees. (12) In the case of retail Net account package clients, the monthly account keeping fees include the OTPdirekt monthly service charge. (13) In the case of Premium retail account package clients, the monthly account keeping fees include the OTPdirekt monthly service charge 2. Message fees 2.1. Automatic daily account notification (1) The invoicing period for the automatic morning account notification charge will be calculated from the 1 st (first) until the last day of the relevant month. (2) The charges will be levied to the account that the notification relates to. (3) In the case of Clients with Junior Accounts or Retail Student Accounts, the monthly Junior Extra tariff includes those charges relating to the twice-weekly automatic account notification s (on Mondays and Thursdays, bank business days). (4) In the case of prestige private banking clients, the private banking package fees contain the automatic account notification s. (5) In the case of Premium Retail Account clients, the monthly account keeping fees contain the automatic account notification s Interactive s (1) The invoicing period for the interactive charge will be calculated from the 1st (first) until the last day of the relevant month. (2) The interactive s charges are levied on the account of the Account Circle of the Contracting Party regarding which the inquiry was sent. In the case of a general information inquiry, the charges will be levied to the account of the cost bearer (as specified in the OTPdirekt contract). (3) In the case of prestige private banking clients, the private banking package fee includes the automatic account notification services. (4) In the case of Premium retail account package clients, the monthly account keeping fees include the service charge for the Interactive s service. 2
3 2.3. Kontroll s (1) OTP Bank Nyrt. levies a specified charge set according to the number of Kontroll s sent to the mobile telephone number provided by the Contracting Party. (2) The invoicing period for the Kontroll s will be calculated from the 1st (first) until the last day of the relevant month. (3) The charge of the given is levied on the account within the Account Circle of the Contracting Party regarding which the sent Kontroll was relevant. (4) In case of clients with junior accounts and Junior Extra tariff packages, the monthly charges of OTPdirekt services include Kontroll messaging. (5) In the case of Retail electronic package clients, the monthly account keeping fees include the Kontroll service. This allows for up to 15 Account Kontroll s. In the event that more than 15 s are sent through the Kontroll service, charges will be applied according to paragraph (6) In the case of prestige private banking clients the private banking package contains the fee of the Kontroll s. (7) In the case of Premium retail account package clients, the monthly account keeping fees include the Kontroll service Messages forwarded in the scope of Aktív mobilbank service (1) The period of invoicing of the fees of the s forwarded in the scope of the Aktív mobilbank service is: the period of the 1st to the last day of the specific month. (2) The fees of the s forwarded in the scope of the Aktív mobilbank service are debited on the account of the Contracting Party, regarding which the inquiry or transaction was initiated. In the case of a request for general information, the fee of the is debited on the account specified in the OTPdirekt contract as the cost bearing account of fees of the. (3) In the case of prestige private banking clients, the private banking package includes the s forwarding fees and charges undertaken in the scope of Aktív mobilbank service. (4) In the case of Premium retail account package clients, the monthly account keeping fees include the Aktív mobilbank forwarding services Signature s 3
4 (1) OTP Bank Nyrt. levies a specified charge according to the number of Mobile Telephone Signature s - if the number of s exceeds 10 per month - sent to the mobile telephone number given by the Contracting Party. (2) The invoicing period for the Signature s will be calculated from the 1 st (first) until the last day of the relevant month. (3) In all cases the charge is levied to the cost bearer s account specified in the OTPdirekt contract. (4) In the case of prestige private banking clients, the private banking package includes the Signature s Abaqoos s services (1) OTP Bank calculates and levies charges for s sent within the Abaqoos service to a client s predefined mobile telephone number according to the number of s sent. (2) The invoicing period for the Abaqoos service will be calculated from the 1st (first) until the last day of the relevant month. (3) In all cases the charge in levied to the cost bearer s account specified in the OTPdirect contract. (4) In the case of prestige private banking clients, the private banking package includes the Abaqoos messaging fees. 3. Tariff Packages (1) OTP Bank Plc. determines the OTPdirekt monthly and fee charges according to the account types present in the Account Circle of the Contracting Party included in the OTPdirekt contract. (2) The monthly and fees belonging to the OTPdirekt contract uniformly apply to all contracts included within the Account Circle and are set automatically 1. (3) The discounted monthly and fees are calculated according to the account types 2 specified in the valid List of Conditions. Transaction fees List of Conditions on OTPdirekt Services The fees of the transactions initiated through the OTPdirekt services in accordance with the different types of accounts contained in Account Circle of the Contracting Party are included in the valid Announcement. 9 Other charges relating to the Abaqoos top-up/recharge correspond to those levied through OTPdirekt Internet services relating to intra-bank transfers. It is possible to access individual transaction charges for completed sales transactions that fall within the Abaqoos service range (e.g. Internet auctions). Thus individual transaction charges are calculated and displayed separately on the vendor s (users) account.
