(15marks) Question 3 Description: Develop the risk analysis matrix (risk analysis table) which includes at the top of the table the columns "Threat", "Likelihood" and "Impact". For every threat below the likelihood and impact need to be marked with X indicating the low, medium or high risks. What to do: The risk analysis matrix needs to show that in the case of the threat such as "Inadequate funding" the likelihood is medium while the impact on the project will be low. Another threat is the "Lack of technical skills in client business unit" with the high likelihood and high impact on the project.
