GRADING PLAN REVIEW FEE 1. The Grading Plan Review Fee is based on TWO parts. PART 1: EARTHWORK PART 2: ON-SITE IMPROVEMENTS Retaining walls Drainage pipes and structures Erosion control [e.g. sandbagging, landscaping* and hydroseeding] *Landscaping and hydroseeding for erosion control purposes only. There is a separate review and inspection fee assessed by the City's Planning Division for aesthetic landscaping. See Subsection A.6. for a sample calculation of the Grading Plan Review Fee. 2. The unit prices of the Engineer s Cost Estimate shall be based on the City's UNIT PRICES FOR BOND 3. The Engineer's Cost Estimate shall include a 15% contingency. 4. The Grading Plan Review Fee applies to three (3) plan checks. New grading plan review fees will be required if more than three plan checks are necessary.
