Niche Cocktail Bar Function Guide Functions & events Unit 7, 663 Newcastle Street Leederville WA 6007 Conveniently located in the heart of Leederville, Niche Cocktail Bar is one of Perth s favorite destination venues. Whether you are simply after a VIP door list or a corporate function, we offer a great range of possibilities to cater for any sort of event.

Functions rooms Six different areas with easy access to the bars can be chosen from on weekends**, accommodating from 15 to 367 people. Each space is available for exclusive use from 7 to 10pm, and then open for genera public. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the area. This fee is returned to the host of the event in a form of credit towards their beverages on the night of the event. **Please note, Niche Cocktail Bar is available for functions 7 days a week. Contact management for further information.

FUNCTION INFO Bar Tabs or Cash Bar: We are able to set up Bar Tabs with parameters that suit your event. Catering: Finger food platters are a big hit and easily catered for, so check out the great variety available. A minimum of 1 week notice to organise the catering with our kitchen staff is required. Cake Fee: Birthday cakes can be brought into the venue for a function. Cake handling fee: $25 To bring it to the function area and serve the guests.

LOUNGE BAR 1 With prime positioning in the main area, and exclusive access to the Cocktail Bar this area is perfect for small and intimate occasions. Capacity: 40 people Deposit: $200

LOUNGE BAR 2 Warm and welcoming, the Lounge Bar 2 has easy access not only to the Cocktail Bar, as it is also next to the DJ booth and courtyard. The stylish low-key and relaxed feel of this area is ideal for groups of up to 50 people. Deposit: $200

LOUNGE BAR 3 One of Niche s most popular spaces, the Lounge Bar 3 is located in the fully covered and heated courtyard. A step away from the bar and DJ booth, this is a great choice to sit and enjoy a cocktail with friends, and appreciate the most of what Niche has to offer. Deposit: $200

Courtyard Right / Left For larger groups, the courtyard areas are people s favorite spaces. Fully covered and heated, and with exclusive access to the courtyard bar, these are the ultimate areas accommodating functions of up to 120 people. Deposit: $300

COURTYARD With a great view of the Leederville precinct, the Courtyard is also available for functions. Encompassed by cosy heaters, high tables, and its own bar, this is the perfect choice for larger functions with exclusivity. Deposit: $500 Minimum spend: $3,500

Nook Room The recently launched Nook by Niche delivers the ultimate experience, in a more private setting and flexible options. Further information ü ü ü Door Lists: A door list app is available on Niche s Facebook page, and website. Door lists are preferential entry over the general public, with a $15 per head door charge. Once capacity of the venue has been reached, it is a one-in-one-out policy. Dress Code Standards: Smart attire Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Refusal is left to management discretion. Early arrivals: Clients that require an early access to the venue for set up of any kind need to notify management prior to the night of the function.

A guide to your next function Terms and Conditions WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REDUCE THE RESERVED AREA IF YOUR FUNCTION DOES NOT REACH THE NUMBERS ADVISED. * Speeches are difficult to accommodate unless you have exclusivity of the entire venue. 1. Tentative Bookings: This means we will hold the venue you require on a no deposit basis, giving you the opportunity to ensure that you can run on the chosen dates for a maximum of 48 hours. If we should receive another enquiry from a client interested in the venue you require, we will make contact with you and give you first option to proceed. All bookings will only be confirmed once a $200-$300 deposit and a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions have been received. 2. Final Attendance & Payment: Full payment is required 7 working days prior to scheduled function date on the basis of confirmed numbers. Payment will automatically be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking for any food platters and bar tabs set on your registration form. If you wish to make an alternative payment method please contact us prior to 7 business days or original payment method will apply. Additional charges incurred at the function are payable on the day of the function. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Eftpos and Cash are accepted. 3. Compliance RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL: The Niche Bar complies with responsible service of alcohol. Clients will be responsible to ensure the orderly behavior of their guests and the Niche Bar reserves the right to intervene where it sees fit and to refuse service to anyone suspected of being intoxicated. 4. Menu Selection: Please advise your menu selection at least seven working days prior to the event. 5. Public Holidays: A 20% surcharge on the total function account is payable for all Public Holidays and New Years Eve. If your function extends into a Public Holiday a labor surcharge will apply for all hours worked past midnight into the public holiday. 6. Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing for a deposit to be refunded. A $100 administration fee will apply. For cancellations of 30 days or less, the full amount of the deposit will be retained if we are unable to re-book the venue on the specified date. For cancellations of 14 days or less, charges for compensation for loss of business are at the General Managers direction (for up to 100% of the total function cost). 7. Pricing: Whilst every endeavor will be made to maintain prices as printed, all prices are subject to alteration to allow for product availability and market cost variations. Goods and Service Tax is included in our pricing. Credit Card Payments over $3000 will incur a 2% credit card surcharge.

A guide to your next function Terms and Conditions 8. Food and Beverages: The Niche Bar is fully licensed and under no circumstances are guests to supply their own food or beverage. Under the Liquor Licensing laws of Western Australia the Niche Bar has a duty of care to all our clients and reserve the right of our Duty Manager to refuse alcohol to persons he/she deems are intoxicated and may do harm to themselves or other patrons or property. Patrons under 18 years of age are not permitted on the premises. 9. Decorations: Any decorations supplied by guests must be of good quality. Helium balloons weight down may be placed in your reserved area No Decorations maybe nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any surface within the venue. All damage caused as a result of decorations will be charged to the function organizer. 10. Insurance and Damage: Niche Bar does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any client s property left in the venue prior to, during or at the conclusion of a function. We recommend organizers arrange their own insurance. Organizers are also responsible for any damage to fittings, property or equipment by clients, guests or outside contractors prior to, during or after your function. 11. Function Deliveries: All function deliveries to the Niche Bar are to be advised to the functions department prior to delivery. All items must be marked with the date and name of the function. 12. Special Requirements: It is the responsibility of the host to inform all guests that entry will be refused if the following conditions are not met: Valid I.D- which consists of; CURRENT Australian Driver's Licence with photograph or CURRENT Passport or CURRENT Proof-of-Age card. Irrespective of age all patrons must present ID upon request. Dress Code standards. Niche cocktail bar is intended for a mature clientelle. at our discretion, we advice the management and staff are enforcing strict dress standards, reserving the right to refuse entry on a one-by-one basis. Smart attire Fridays and Saturdays, Casual Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Tattoos to be discreetly covered. No dirty or torn clothing. 13. Payment: Deposit must be paid when your function is booked. Full payment of balance must be paid 7 days prior to function. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
