Reputed Vendors fulfilling the following conditions may apply in two Bid system :- Must be in related business for a minimum of 5- years. Must have its Main office / Sub Office in Mumbai / Thane. Must have valid Service Tax Number : Must have PAN No. Must have Income Tax Clearance / having filed Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years. Must have carried out aggregate work orders pertaining to Pest Control only for minimum of Rs.5/- lacs per year during the last three years. N.B. - The relative documentary proof in respect of above must accompany the Tender. The vendors fulfilling the above conditions, may apply in two bid system i.e. Technical Bid & Financial Bid. //5// FINANCIAL BID GENERAL CONDITIONS : The Rates quoted must be only in the format given in the Tender. The rates quoted must be for four quarterly services in the Building i.e. Ground to Fourth floor except 2 nd Floor and monthly service in the staff canteen on mazenine floor and the Executive canteen on the 4 th Floor. The rates must be comprehensive Net Rates inclusive of material, all the labours charges and other expenses. However the Service Tax, if applicable will be paid extra. No conditional discount will be considered. The successful Bidder will have to give a Security Deposit of Rs. 5000/- in the form to be decided by the appropriate authority. The Rates quoted will be binding for a period of 12- months from the date of awarding of the comprehensive AMC and no increase whatsoever will be considered during the contract period. In the event of any breach of contract, the Security Deposit will be forfeited. The payment will be made, on quarterly basis, after completion of the servicing. The payment will be released by the office, with in 10- days, upon submission of the bill accompanied with the required service certificate duly signed by the concerned authority. //5// FINANCIAL BID GENERAL CONDITIONS : The Rates quoted must be only in the format given in the Tender. The rates quoted must be for four quarterly visits i.e. one in each quarter. Any additional visit, if required will not be paid extra. The rates must be comprehensive Net Rates inclusive of all the repairs and spare parts. However the Service Tax, if applicable will be paid extra. One of the service Engineer will report to this office on daily basis for any complaint. During any major meeting / conference, one of the service Engineers will remain stationed during the course of the Meeting. If any AC is to be carried to the workshop, the same will be replaced with a service unit during the course of the repairs. No conditional discount will be considered. The successful Bidder will have to give a Security Deposit of Rs. 5000/- in the form to be decided by the appropriate authority. The Rates quoted will be binding for a period of 12- months from the date of awarding of the comprehensive AMC and no increase whatsoever will be considered during the contract period. In the event of any breach of contract, the Security Deposit will be forfeited. The payment will be made, on quarterly basis, after completion of the servicing.
