The Malabo Declaration has dominated AUC-DREA's work plan over the past six months. As a result, AUC-DREA has successfully delivered the Implementation Strategy and Roadmap (IS&R) that will guide the delivery of the Malabo Declaration. In addition, progress has also been made against the majority of intermediate result areas. However, this positive progress is undermined by continued delays in the recruitment of two key consultant positions (monitoring and evaluation and operational support). This is the final year of the CTF. In that context, an annual work plan has been agreed that will maximize the use of the remaining resources.
