1. Building Permit EXHIBIT A CITY OF OLDSMAR PERMIT, INSPECTION AND PLANS EXAMINATION FEE SCHEDULE a. This fee schedule is applicable to all building permits issued by the City of Oldsmar, Building Division for the construction of new buildings or structures or the addition or alteration of existing buildings or structures and where no other miscellaneous permit fee is provided in paragraph 2. Additional permit fees may be assessed for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Gas, and Site Work that is included on the permit application. b. The fee schedule is based on the valuation of the building or structure to be constructed or the value of the alterations or improvements proposed for existing buildings or structures. c. Total Valuation for the purpose of permitting will be based on the contract value of the project submitted by the applicant and approved by the City. The International Code Council's most recent Building Valuation Data table or other recognized valuation process may be used if no contract amount is submitted with the permit application or where the submitted value is disputed. d. Included in this category are Roof Replacements both Residential and Commercial, Fireplace Installation, Siding, Soffit, Fascia & Gutter Installation, Accessory Structures, Screen Enclosures, Patios & Decks, Garages & Carports, and Non Residential Concrete & Asphalt Slabs, Driveways and Sidewalks.
