Our presence in Singapore We opened our Singapore office in 1998 and have ever since been assisting companies to set up and optimize their businesses in Singapore by offering holistic solutions. Legal advisory services We advise clients wishing to set up their business in Singapore on which business structure to choose from (e.g private limited company, limited liability partnership, branch office, representative office) and on business licenses and permits, if necessary (e.g. retail outlets, food and beverage businesses and trading activities). Further, we provide legal advisory services relating to immigration, employment, tenancy, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and other commercial matters. Corporate secretarial services To facilitate the needs of our clients carrying on business in Singapore we offer corporate secretarial services.
