Advantage 500 Home Insurance Policy Summary This is a policy summary only and does not contain full details of the limits, terms, conditions or exclusions of the insurance. For full details of the insurance cover including all terms, conditions and exclusions, please read the document of home insurance and schedule together. Period of insurance This insurance is for 12 (twelve) consecutive months starting from the start (inception) date shown in your schedule. Type of insurance and cover You can choose from buildings and/or contents insurane and may add further optiions to suit your needs. Lifesure Group Limited will provide you with details of the cover you have chosed and will confimi the sums Insured that you have requested at the time of quotation. Section Two: Contents Significant Exclusions:and Limitations The contents within your home Including: Valuables, Works of art & collections Up to 5% of the contents sum insured for any one item, set or collection. Up to 30% of the contents sum insured in total for all valuables works of art and collections. All Insured Persons Duty To Comply With Policy Conditions and endorsements Changes to your information You must advise us withoutdelay ifany of your information changes. Ifyou fail to do this, we may take the actions outlined in 'Information You Have Given Us' This condition is detailed in full on page 10 of Document of home insurance. Cancellation Cooling Off Period -14 (Fourteen) Days You are entitled to cancel this policy within 14 (fourteen) days or either: the date you receive this insurance document; or the start of the period of insurance whichever is the later. If you have not made a claim we will refund any premium you have paid less a pro rata premium forthe cover you have had. Ifyou have made a claim, we will not refund any premium you have paid. We can cancel this policy by giving you 30 (thirty) days' notice in writing. We will only do this for a valid reason. Examples of valid reasons are as follows: Non payment of premium (Lifesure Group Limitedwill call you once and write to you once to chase for payment and will then cancel your policy); A change in risk occurring which means that we can no longer provide you with insurance cover; Non-cooperation or failure to supply any information or documentation we request; Threatening or abusive behaviour or the use of threatening or abusive language. Any refund due to you, within or outside of the Cooling Off Period, will be sent to you as soon as practicably possible.
