Usage Calendar This Usage Calendar is your key to open the benefits of The Club at Presidente Membership. It helps you determine how many points are needed for that special place you want to go and provides information about travel seasons and destinations. Each night at the affiliated resort has a specific Point value. The number of points needed for a reservation is determined by the destination, season, accommodations and number of nights you want a book. It is also easy to use this calendar. As you will see, it shows a different daily value for each participating hotel. The variety of colors represent the spectrum of travel seasons or levels of demand: Special (red), High (orange), Medium High (yellow), Medium Low (green), Low (blue). As a Member of The Club at Presidente, you reserve by using your Points and paying a Daily Fee for each stay. You can book as many nights as you want in the hotel and destination of your choice, and up to the number of rooms allowed per stay. The hotels and resorts in Mexico currently participating in The Club at Presidente system include Presidente InterContinental Cancún, Cozumel, Guadalajara, Mexico City Polanco, Mexico City Santa Fe, Mérida and Puebla. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT: All Reservations are subject to availability. You can reserve from nine months to just 48 hours before arrival date. Check-in time at Presidente InterContinental hotels is 15:00 hours and Check-out is 13:00 hours. Please confirm Check-in and Check- out times for affiliated hotels when booking. You may reserve up to five rooms during each stay. The room type available for The Club members is the Standard (Studio or similar) hotel accommodation. If you want to upgrade to any other level check availability in our Reservation Center. The point values for upgrades to the next room level are shown in this calendar. You have also to pay a surcharge on your daily fee depending on the room you prefer. Maximum occupancy for a Standard (Studio or similar) hotel room is two adults and two children 12 or under. Or three adults and one child under 12. There will be an additional charge for an extra adult. Seasons may be modified according to Membership guidelines. The number of points per night corresponding to each season does not change. For reservations, you can consult the Club s cancellation policy in your User s Guide. For current calendar login to: theclub.com.mx CURRENT FEE LIST (USD) a) Daily Fee: $103 per room/night for Presidente InterContinental Mexico City Santa Fe, Guadalajara and Mérida. $149 per room/night for Presidente InterContinental Cancún, Cozumel, Mexico City Polanco and Hyatt House Santa Fe*. $185 for Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos e Ixtapa. Rate includes the All-inclusive fee for two adults. $100 for Presidente InterContinental Puebla. $72 for Holiday Inn Puebla La Noria. $65 for Holiday Inn Express Puebla*. $52 for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Celaya*. $95 for Staybridge Irapuato* y Silao*. *Breakfast included according the standards of each property. Fees include taxes (IVA e ISH) b) All Inclusive Fee (Ixtapa and Los Cabos): 52 per adult/per night and $26 per night/per 12-years old child (Taxes and tips included).
