MAYBANK BALANCE TRANSFER 0% 12 MONTHS WITH 1% UPFRONT FEE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITION The offer is for limited time only for Maybank Principal Credit Cardmember to transfer credit card balances from other bank(s) to Maybank. Maybank Balance Transfer 0% 12 Months With 1% Upfront Fee Campaign ( Campaign ) shall run from 03 June 2016 till 30 September 2016 (both dates inclusive) ( Campaign Period ) 1. The Campaign is only open to Existing and New Principal Cardmember of Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card issued by Malayan Banking Berhard (Co. No. 3813-K) or Maybank Islamic Berhad (Co. No. 787435-M) (collectively referred to as Maybank ), of which the application and approval for New Principal Cardmember within the Campaign Period (Eligible Cardmember ) 2. Eligible Cardmember may apply to transfer outstanding balances including principal, accrued profit, management charges and other charges as shown in the latest corresponding account statement(s) ( Outstanding Balances ) from his/her credit card account(s) with other financial institution billed in Ringgit Malaysia. ( Other Credit Card Account(s) ) held in their name (except for Credit Card issued by Maybank ) to any Maybank credit card account(s) within the Campaign Period subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. 3. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate: i. Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card not issued by Maybank Malaysia; ii. Maybank Card Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cardmember who is/are in default of facilities granted by Maybank at any time during the Campaign Period, subject to Maybank s sole and absolute discretion; 4. Campaign Mechanics:- 4.1 The campaign is open to Eligible Cardmember who is:- i. First 1,000 New Principal Eligible Cardmember who apply Maybank Balance Transfer 0% 12 months within 60 days from card approval date every month. ii. Existing Principal Eligible Cardmember who apply* the Maybank Balance Transfer 0% 12 months within the period every end of the month as scheduled below:- Month Promotion Period Jun 20/06/2016-30/06/2016 Jul 20/07/2016-31/07/2016 Aug 20/08/2016-31/08/2016 Sept 20/09/2016-30/09/2016 Note: Application must be received and approved within the promotion period. 4.2 :- i. Interest Rate/Management Charges at 0% per month with 1% upfront fee (one time charge) on the Balance Transfer approved amount. ii. The minimum transfer amount is RM1,000 and the maximum amount is capped at RM50,000 per transaction. iii. Maybank will charge the one time upfront fee of 3% from the approved amount for each approved application. The 2% will be WAIVED for application approved during the Campaign Period iv. The 2% up-front fee waiver will be reversed from the credit card account within 30 working days from the approval date. v. Any Maybank Balance Transfer approved prior to this Campaign Period is not allowed to be change to this Maybank Balance Transfer 0% 12 month with 1% upfront fee. 5. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Cardmember is bind to agree in accessing Maybank website at www.maybank2u.com on regular basis to view the Terms and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept-up-to-date with any changes or variations made to the Terms and Conditions. 6. The records of transactions maintained by Maybank and the selection of Eligible Cardmember approved applicants by Maybank shall be final and conclusive. No other correspondence or claims by the Eligible Cardmember shall be entertained. 7. The Maybank balance transfer amount shall be treated as a retail transaction. In accordance with the Card Agreement, if the instalment amount (together with all the specified interest/management charges/finance charge/fee chargeable herein) is not paid in full on the payment due date, the prevailing card interest/management charges /fee/finance charge or such rate as prescribed by the Maybank from time to time at Maybank s absolute discretion will be chargeable on: a. The outstanding amount (together with all the specified interest/management charges/finance charge/fee chargeable herein) remaining unpaid on the due date from the posting date until the full payment is credited into the Eligible Cardmember s credit card account(s). b. The outstanding principal amount remaining unpaid on the due date from the posting date until the full payment is credited in the Eligible Cardmember s credit card account(s). 8. TreatsPoints will not be rewarded for any transaction under this Campaign. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. For each application under the Maybank Balance Transfer, the Eligible Cardmember(s) may apply to transfer Outstanding Balances from credit card accounts held by Eligible Cardmember with other bank(s) to their Maybank credit card account(s). 2. Eligible Cardmember have to pay the monthly instalment in full before the due date and if Eligible Cardmember fails to pay the monthly instalment in full, the prevailing interest rate/management charges (depending on your past 12 months payment record) will be charged on the remaining balance instalment unpaid on the due date until the instalment is fully settled. 3. The existing credit limit for your Maybank Principal Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit card account (s) will be shared with this Maybank Balance Transfer and all other supplementary cards issued. This is NOT a credit limit increase. This Maybank Balance Transfer Account will be used to post balance transferred from Other Credit Card Account(s). 4. A letter of notification will be sent to the Eligible Cardmember notifying the application outcome. In the event that an application is approved, payment to the Other Credit Card Account(s) by the Maybank will be made in the manner provided herein. 5. Once a specified amount of the Outstanding Balances to be transferred has been approved, a corresponding amount of the Eligible Cardmember's existing credit card limit will be reserved for this purpose and shall not be available to the Eligible Cardmember s until settlement of the said Outstanding Balances. On the posting date, this specified amount will then be utilized and interest rate/management charges will commence thereon. 6. Until the notification of approval referred to in Clause 4 is received, Eligible Cardmember shall continue to be liable to make payment to their Other Credit Card Account(s) in accordance with the terms governing the same. Maybank shall not be liable for interest/management charges on any overdue payment or any other finance or other charges incurred as a result of the Eligible Cardmember's and/or the Maybank's failure or delay in making payment before or after the posting date. 7. Maybank has the right to approve or transfer the whole or part of the amount of the Outstanding Balances applied for without prior notification consent of the Eligible Cardmember. Maybank is not obliged to assign any reason to the Eligible Cardmember in respect of the exercise of its discretion pursuant to this clause. 8. If the Eligible Cardmember credit card account(s) is terminated for any reason whatsoever, the Eligible Cardmember shall forthwith settle all balances due under the Balance Transfer upon termination. Otherwise the prevailing finance charge shall be levied on the outstanding balance which comprises of principal outstanding and interest/management charges accrued. 9. Maybank reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions of the Campaign by providing 21 days prior notice to Cardmembers. 10. The Terms and Conditions may be modified, amended or varied by Maybank by posting on the www.maybank2u.com or by any other mode that Maybank shall deem fit. Maybank shall not be liable for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a direct or indirect result of the cancellation, variation, amendment, termination or suspension. 11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 12. PINDAHAN BAKI MAYBANK 0% 12 BULAN DENGAN 1% CAJ PENDAHULUAN TERMA DAN SYARAT Tawaran ini hanya untuk tempoh masa terhad untuk Pemegang Utama Kad Kredit Maybank membuat pindahan baki dari bank lain ke Maybank. Pindahan Baki Maybank 0% 12 Bulan Dengan 1% Caj Pendahuluan ( Kempen ) bermula dari 03 Jun 2016 sehingga 30 September 2016 (termasuk pada kedua-dua tarikh ) ( Tempoh Kempen ) 1. Kempen ini hanya terbuka kepada Ahli Kad Utama yang Sedia Ada dan Baru bagi Visa, MasterCard dan Kad Kredit American Express yang dikeluarkan oleh Malayan Banking Berhard (Co. No. 3813-K) atau Maybank Islamic Berhad (Co. No. 787435-M) ( secara kolektif dirujuk sebagai "Maybank"), di mana permohonan baru yang diluluskan untuk Ahli Kad Utama Baru dalam Tempoh Kempen (Ahli Kad yang Layak ") 2. Ahli Kad yang Layak boleh memohon untuk memindahkan baki tertunggak termasuk jumlah pokok, keuntungan terakru, caj pengurusan dan lain-lain bayaran seperti dinyatakan dalam penyata terkini akaun sepadan ("Baki Belum Jelas") daripada akaun / beliau kad kredit dengan lain-lain institusi kewangan dalam Ringgit Malaysia. ( "Akaun Kad Kredit Lain ) di atas nama mereka (kecuali kad kredit yang dikeluarkan oleh Maybank) kepada mana-mana akaun kad kredit Maybank dalam Tempoh Kempen tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat di sini 3. Individu di bawah tidak layak menyertai Kempen ini: i. Kad Kredit Visa, MasterCard dan American Express yang tidak dikeluarkan oleh Maybank Malaysia; ii. Pemegang Kad Kredit Maybank Visa, MasterCard dan American Express yang mempunyai tunggakan bayaran akaun kad kredit dengan Maybank. 4. Kempen: 4.1 Kempen ini terbuka kepada; i. 1,000 Ahli Kad Utama yang Baru yang memohon Pindahan Baki Maybank 0% 12 bulan dalam tempoh 60 hari dari tarikh kad diluluskan setiap bulan. ii. Ahli Kad Utama yang Sedia Ada yang memohon* Pindahan Baki Maybank 0% 12 bulan dalam tempoh promosi setiap akhir bulan seperti yang dijadualkan di bawah: - Bulan Tempoh tawaran Jun 20/06/2016-30/06/2016 Jul 20/07/2016-31/07/2016 Ogos 20/08/2016-31/08/2016 Sept 20/09/2016-30/09/2016 Nota: Permohonan mestilah diterima dan diluluskan dalam tempoh tawaran. 4.2 Pindahan Baki Maybank yang ditawarkan: i. Kadar faedah/caj pengurusan pada 0% sebulan dengan caj pendahuluan 1% (sekali caj) ke atas amaun pindahan baki yang diluluskan. ii. Jumlah minima pindahan baki adalah RM1,000 dan jumlah maksima adalah RM50,000. iii. Maybank akan mengenakan caj pendahuluan sekali sahaja pada kadar 3% daripada jumlah yang diluluskan untuk setiap permohonan yang diluluskan. Walau bagaimanapun, 2% akan dikecualikan bagi permohonan yang diluluskan semasa Tempoh Kempen. iv. Caj pendahuluan 2% daripada jumlah yang diluluskan akan dikreditkan ke akaun kad kredit dalam tempoh 30 hari bekerja dari tarikh kelulusan. v. Sebarang Pindahan Baki Maybank yang diluluskan sebelum Tarikh Kempen tidak dibenarkan menukar ke Pindahan Baki Maybank 0% 12 Bulan Dengan 1% Caj Pendahuluan ini. 5. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Ahli Kad yang Layak bersetuju untuk merujuk terma dan syarat kempen di laman web Maybank www.maybank2u.com dari masa ke semasa untuk memastikan mereka sentiasa dikemaskini dengan sebarang perubahan atau pindaan pada terma dan syarat. 6. Rekod transaksi akan dikemaskini oleh Maybank dan pemilihan Ahli kad yang Layak yang diluluskan oleh Maybank adalah muktamad. Sebarang tuntutan daripada Ahli Kad yang Layak tidak akan dilayan. 7. Amaun Pindahan Baki Maybank akan dianggap sebagai transaksi pembelian runcit. Selaras dengan Perjanjian Kad, pembelian runcit. Sekiranya bayaran ansuran (bersama dengan faedah yang ditetapkan/caj pengurusan/yuran pengurusan/kos kewangan /kos tertentu yang dikenakan di sini) tidak diterima sepenuhnya pada tarikh akhir bayaran, kadar faedah/caj pengurusan/yuran pengurusan kad yang berkuatkuasa atau kadar seumpamanya, seperti yang ditetapkan oleh Maybank dari semasa ke semasa, menurut budi bicara mutlak Maybank, akan dicaj ke atas: a. Amaun tertunggak (bersama dengan semua faedah/caj pengurusan/kos kewangan/kos dikenakan yang tertentu) yang belum dibayar pada tarikh akhir dari tarikh catatan sehingga bayaran penuh dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Ahli Kad yang Layak. b. Amaun pokok tertunggak yang belum dibayar pada tarikh akhir dari tarikh catatan sehingga bayaran penuh dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Ahli Kad yang Layak. 8. Mata Ganjaran tidak akan diberikan untuk sebarang transaksi yang dilakukan di bawah Kempen ini. Page 5

TERMA DAN SYARAT AM 1. Bagi setiap permohonan di bawah Pindahan Baki Maybank, Ahli Kad Yang Layak boleh memohon untuk memindahkan baki tertunggak daripada akaun kad kredit yang dipegang oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak dengan bank lain ke akaun kad kredit Maybank mereka. 2. Ahli Kad yang Layak hendaklah membuat bayaran penuh ansuran bulanan sebelum tarikh akhir pembayaran dan jika Ahli Kad yang Layak tidak membuat bayaran penuh ansuran bulanan, caj kewangan sebelumnya (tertakluk kepada rekod pembayaran balik selama 12 bulan) akan dikenakan ke atas baki ansuran bulanan pada tarikh akhir pembayaran sehingga ansuran bulanan dibayar sepenuhnya. 3. Had kredit Ahli Kad yang Layak akan diperuntukkan untuk amaun yang telah diluluskan dan faedah/caj pengurusan/yuran pengurusan yang dikenakan sekali dan dikira terdahulu. Oleh itu, had kredit tidak akan tersedia kepada Ahli Kad yang Layak tetapi akan ditambah secara progresif setiap bulan mengikut penjelasan ansuran bulanan yang dilakukan oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak. 4. Surat pemberitahuan akan dihantar kepada Ahli Kad yang Layak untuk memaklumkan samada permohonan diluluskan. Sekiranya permohonan diluluskan, pembayaran kepada Akaun Kad Kredit Lain akan dibuat dengan cara yang ditetapkan oleh Maybank. 5. Apabila jumlah Baki Belum Jelas yang ditetapkan untuk dipindah telah diluluskan, jumlah yang sama daripada had kad kemudahan sedia ada Ahli Kad yang Layak akan diperuntukkan untuk tujuan ini dan tidak boleh digunakan oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak sehingga Baki Belum Jelas tersebut dibayar. Pada tarikh didaftarkan, jumlah yang ditetapkan ini akan digunakan dan caj kewangan akan bermula pada tarikh ini. 6. Sehingga pemberitahuan kelulusan yang dinyatakan dalam fasal 12 diterima, Ahli Kad yang Layak masih bertanggungjawab untuk membuat pembayaran kepada Akaun Kad Kredit Lain mengikut syarat-syaratnya. Maybank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap faedah/caj pengurusan atas sebarang pembayaran lewat atau sebarang caj kewangan atau caj lain yang ditanggung akibat kegagalan atau kelewatan Ahli Kad yang Layak dan/atau Maybank untuk membuat pembayaran sebelum atau selepas tarikh didaftarkan. 7. Maybank mempunyai hak untuk meluluskan atau memindahkan seluruh atau sebahagian daripada jumlah Baki Belum Jelas yang dimohon tanpa sebarang pemberitahuan kepada atau persetujuan daripada Ahli Kad yang Layak. Maybank tidak bertanggungjawab untuk memberikan sebarang sebab kepada Ahli Kad yang Layak kerana bertindak mengikut budi bicaranya di bawah fasal ini. 8. Jika Akaun Kad Kredit Maybank bagi Ahli Kad yang Layak ditamatkan atas sebarang sebab, maka Ahli Kad yang Layak hendaklah menyelesaikan semua baki terakru di bawah Program ini sebaik sahaja ia ditamatkan. Jika tidak, kadar faedah/caj pengurusan biasa akan dikenakan ke atas baki belum jelas yang terdiri dari jumlah pokok belum jelas dan keuntungan terakru. 9. Maybank berhak dan mempunyai budi bicara mutlak untuk mengubah, meminda, memadam atau menambah sebarang Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di sini, secara menyeluruh atau Page 6
