HOW TO ENROLL Hw t enrll during pen enrllment. Open enrllment will be cnducted via SAP Emplyee Self Service (ESS) t enrll/change benefits. Enrllment will pen at 12:01am Nvember 20, 2017 and must be cmpleted by 11:59pm December 8, 2017. LIFE/ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS Remember t name a beneficiary Yur beneficiary will receive the benefit paid by yur life insurance plicy in the event f yur death. Yur beneficiary is the persn(s) wh will receive yur life insurance benefits when yu die. Yur beneficiary can be a persn r multiple peple, charitable institutins r yur estate. Once named, yur beneficiary remains n file until yu make a change. Withut clear directin n file, yur family culd end up fighting fr yur death benefit in curt.
