The fee for the Hall rental is $400 from Sunday through Friday. The fee for Saturday is $800. This cost includes the rental of the Hall for 5 hours. Tables, chairs, ice machine, and refrigerator access are included in the rental fee. Maximum occupancy is 250 people. Security Deposit: If you choose to hold your event at the Three Bridges Banquet Hall (TBBH) we require a $250 Security Deposit to hold your reservation (date). The check will be deposited upon receipt. You, the Client, will be held responsible for any damages as a result of your event, which may be deducted from the Security Deposit. All repairs will be arranged by TBBH. The Client is not allowed to make any repairs to the Hall. A written letter of the damages, if any, will be included with the return of the security deposit. All attempts will be made to contact the Client prior to this if damages are observed. The Security Deposit is non-refundable. In the case of inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance requiring cancelation, a rescheduling date will be accepted. Setup: TBBH will set out the requested number of tables and chairs in the Hall. The following tables are available for setup: five round tables (6 ) that seat 10, thirty round tables (5 ) that seat 8, and a number of rectangular tables (8 ) often set up for the head table, buffet, DJ and gift tables. Please specify the number of each table you would like in the contract. The chairs will be stacked on top of the tables upon arrival. The tables can be moved around the hall as you, the Client, see fit. The Client is responsible for taking the chairs off of the tables and arranging them around the tables for the Event. The Client is also responsible for providing table cloths, centerpieces and flatware (Flatware includes plates, silverware, napkins, chip / mixing bowls and cups). The Client is additionally responsible for providing their own non-alcoholic beverages, if not already provided by the Caterer. Page 1 of 6 Three Bridges Banquet Hall Contract June 1 st, 2015

No open flame, unprotected candles are permitted within the Banquet Hall facility. Candles must be of the battery type. Birthday cakes are the only exception to this rule. If a buffet table is required, please use plastic or cloth table cloths (not paper) for the chafing servers with the use of Sterno cans. If setup involves the use of decorations, please be aware that tape will damage the wall paper. Do not use pins, tacks, staples, duct tape, packaging tape, or anything which will damage the walls or wallpaper surfaces. Decorations may be hung from the ceilings or lighting fixtures, as long as there is no damage to the ceiling tiles. A TBBH representative will be onsite during setup and available to assist with setup. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Please do not attempt to bring these items into the Hall. If you do, some of, if not all of, your security deposit will be required to properly clean the Hall carpet. Keep in mind that we do recycle. Please use the blue recycling containers for recycling materials, which include cans, bottles of any type, and paper materials without food residue. A maximum of two hours will be allotted for event setup. Any time required past these two hours will be up to the discretion of the TBBH representative supervising the event setup. You will not be charged for setup time. Cleanup: You, the Client, are responsible for the clean-up of the Hall, which includes the following: a) Stack the chairs on the tables b) Vacuum the floors and carpets (Vacuums supplied) c) Collect the garbage and put in the dumpster (Garbage bags & dumpster supplied) d) Collect recyclables and put them the recyclable dumpster (Garbage bags & recyclable dumpster supplied) e) Clean the bathrooms (Cleaning supplies provided) f) Remove all decorations Overall, please leave the Banquet Hall as you found it. If you have any questions, please ask for help from the TBBH representative. If you, the Client, would like TBBH to clean up after the event, an additional $150 fee is required at the time of the security deposit so that we may schedule the appropriate staff. Failure to supply the cleaning fee defaults to you, the Client, cleaning up after the event. Please be respectful of our facility. Smoking: Please note that our Banquet Hall is a non-smoking establishment. Any smokers must do so outside of the building. Please dispose of the cigarettes butts in the appropriate receptacles. Alcohol: Under no circumstances are alcoholic beverages allowed to be brought inside the building, either by you, the Client, or your guests. Likewise, under no circumstances is there to be any consumption of alcoholic beverages outside the Hall, or in the parking lot, either by you, the Client, or your guests. Failure to comply will result in the offenders being ejected from the event, or in the event being canceled all together. All deposits will be forfeited in the case of the latter. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol at any time. If any state and/or local laws are violated, the authorities will be notified. If alcohol is requested, arrangements for Bar Service can be made separately by contacting Jamie Reed via email to Jamie_Reed@Comcast.net with the subject TBVFC BAR. Please be sure to include the date and time of the requested function. Otherwise, no bar service will be provided. Please indicate whether or not you are interested in Bar Service on the Contract. Catering the Event: Food is allowed at the event and must be from a licensed vendor. However, homemade food is permitted at the event provided that certain documentation can be presented, as outlined below. A copy of the Certificate of Insurance from the vendor is to be provided at least one (1) week prior to the date of the event. A Satisfactory Certificate is also required from this vendor showing they have passed inspection by the governing Health Agency. If homemade food is to be brought in and served by you, the Client, a copy of the Client s Homeowners Insurance Policy or a Certificate of Insurance must be provided at least one (1) week prior to the date of the event. The Client accepts and provides the 1 st layer of liability coverage in serving any non-vendor foods. You, the Client, and your guests, can use the kitchen refrigerator for chilling foods and drinks, as well as the kitchen setup table for food preparation. No other appliances are to be utilized, including, but not limited to, the ovens, coffee maker, dishwasher and flatware (Flatware includes plates, silverware, napkins, chip / mixing bowls and cups). These are the requirements of the Hunterdon County Health Department and our Banquet Hall insurer. Ice: The Client may use the ice machine. Ice bins are available. Please see a TBBH representative. DJs and Bands: DJs and/or Bands are welcome at our Hall. They need to provide their own equipment and sound systems. We require proof of liability insurance at least one (1) week prior to the Event. All reputable DJs and Bands will have this documentation. Additional Time: If the event exceeds the contracted time, and additional time is requested, an agreement with the TBBH representative in charge of the Event must be obtained. An additional fee of $150 per hour will be charged for the event. Contract: Please return a signed copy of this Contract indicating your agreement with these terms and conditions (last page only). Please also include a $250 security deposit check made payable to Three Bridges Banquet Hall. If you wish for TBBH to clean up after your event, please include a separate check for $150 made payable to Three Bridges Banquet Hall. Below is a list of information we need from you, the Client, for the contract on the following page. Indicate the date of the Event requested Mail the $250 deposit payable to Three Bridges Banquet Hall with the signed Contract Indicate the number of guests attending the event on the contract. Please see Note 1 below If the event is a sweet sixteen, indicate the number of adult chaperones (over 25 years of age) attending the event. We request 1 chaperone for every 15 adolescents attending the event Indicate the number of tables TBBH staff will setup. The following tables are available for setup: five round tables (6 ) that seat 10, thirty round tables (5 ) that seat 8 and a number of rectangular tables (8 ) often set up for the head table, buffet, DJ and gift tables. Please see Note 1 below Please Indicate on the contract as to whether to Client will be catering the event. If the Client is bringing in food from a licensed Vendor, a copy of the Certificate of Insurance and a Satisfactory Certificate is required. If the Client is bringing food in from home, or a non-licensed vendor, a copy of the Homeowners Insurance Policy or a Certificate of Insurance is required. We require proof of liability at least one (1) week prior to the Event. Please indicate on the contract. If cleanup is to be performed by TBBH staff, include an additional check of $150. Please indicate on the contract as to whether or not you will be contracting with a Disk Jockey or Band. We require proof of liability insurance at least one (1) week prior to the Event. Please indicate on the contract as the whether you will be contacting the Bar in advance of your event for more information on Bar Service. We do require advanced notice if Bar Service is requested. This does not mean you are required to have Bar Service. See Alcohol section above. The Hall rental payment is due, in total, at the beginning of the Event. Note 1: please put down an estimate for guest totals. We understand that the count may change as the event nears.
