The facility will: 1. Provide storage for the transit fleet [8,000 sq ft] 2. Serve as a park and ride for regional transit commuters 3. Provide secure, covered, and heated bicycle storage [2500 sq ft] 4. House a bike-share program where bikes are loaned on an hourly/daily basis to provide connectivity and end of trip transportation options for transit users 5. Provide 12 charging stations for electric vehicles [2400 sq ft] 6. Provide transit related retail space [2,000 sq ft]. Allow for revenue space funding transit [30,600 sq ft] 8. Allow for Fee In Lieu Parking for infill housing development 9. Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by eliminating deadhead miles from our transit fleet 10.
