PayFlex Quick Tip Guide - Paying your medical insurance premiums Did you know you can pay your medical insurance premiums directly from your PayFlex Retiree Reimbursement Account (RRA)? It s true! You can use Pay Them to do it. Before using Pay Them, you ll want to note that: The Pay Them feature is only available online. You can use it to pay your monthly premium amount only. This means you can t use it to pay your premiums in one lump sum. For example, you can t use Pay Them to pay for your quarterly or annual premium amount. If you have your insurance premium deducted directly from your bank account, you should not use Pay Them. We can t process partial payments from your RRA. So be sure you have enough funds in your RRA to pay your monthly premium amount. Some insurance carriers may require certain information on a check to process it. You may want to check with your insurance carrier to see if any specific information must be on the check from PayFlex. How to use Pay Them 1. Log in to www.rhaexchange.com/dte 2. Click on the PayFlex icon to get to the PayFlex member website 3. Under Quick Links, click on File a Spending Account Claim Page 1 of 8
