PayFlex Quick Tip Guide - Paying your medical insurance premiums Did you know you can pay your medical insurance premiums directly from your PayFlex Retiree Reimbursement Account (RRA)? It s true! You can use Pay Them to do it. Before using Pay Them, you ll want to note that: The Pay Them feature is only available online. You can use it to pay your monthly premium amount only. This means you can t use it to pay your premiums in one lump sum. For example, you can t use Pay Them to pay for your quarterly or annual premium amount.
