My appointment and assumption of the office of Managing Director is only a simple act of accepting being a member of the relay team and will run with the baton until the next turn when I hand it over to someone until the race is won. I am delighted to be working with such a wonderful team and hope to build on the success of the past. Yes, as we move along the road changes will be implemented, adopted, adapted but this would be done after consultations and all decisions in the spirit of taking the company forward.
