Implementation Status and Key Decisions Project objectives continue to be fully achievable as the Project has been performing satisfactorily over the past year. The Project has disbursed to date USD 17,799,005.86, representing almost 90% of the total loan amount. After some initial delays in the implementation, the project got up to speed and has been consistently rated satisfactory over the last year and a half. Productivity in the civil, family and labor courts of Barranquilla, Bogota, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Cali and Medellin increased by an average of 50 cases resolved per judge per year.
