Snapfish Superfan Program Following are the Official Rules for each of the promotions run with this program. Please take a moment to review the Master SocialChorus Rules, which are incorporated by reference into each of these promotion Official Rules. The Client for this Promotion is Snapfish. Promotion Name: Program Sweepstakes Promotion ID: SC-SF01-01 Promotion Type: Campaign Sweepstakes 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2014 How to Enter: Online. Entrants who make at least one post using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry in this Promotion. Mail-in. Entrants may alternately enter by mail by clearly and legibly hand printing your name, complete street address, daytime telephone number, email address and birth date, on a standard 4 x 6 postcard and mailing it to: 703 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94702. You will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for each postcard received. Requests must be postmarked by December 12 th, 2013 and received by December 19 th, 2013All mail-in entries must be hand written (including addressing), mailed separately and have sufficient postage. Promotion Name: Most Active Advocates (Quarterly) Promotion ID: SC-SF01-04 Promotion Type: Activity Award Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on January 1, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2014 How to Enter: The ten (10) Snapfish SuperFans that take the most actions, shares and content creation, over the course of 3-months (starting January 1, 2013) using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest during the Promotion Period will be entered. Master SocialChorus Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN 1. Application Of These Rules: These Official Rules, known as the Master SocialChorus Rules, or Master Rules shall apply to any promotional program, offer, sweepstakes, contest or similar giveaway (collectively, Promotion(s) ) conducted through SocialChorus, Inc. ( SocialChorus or Sponsor ) that specifically refers to these Master Rules. SocialChorus reserves the right to modify or amend these Master Rules at any time. Any such modification will not affect any Promotion in existence as of the date of the modification, except as provided in Section 7 below. In the event of a conflict between the terms of these Master Rules and the rules announced for a specific Promotion ( Promotion Rules ), the Promotion Rules will apply. 2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry who have been invited to participate in the Promotion directly by SocialChorus. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of SocialChorus, its client (e.g., the product or service being promoted) ( Client ), SweepstakesPros ( Judging Agency ) and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, Promotion Parties ), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law. 3. Promotion Period: See the Promotion Rules applicable to the Promotion. 4. How to Enter: In order to participate in a Promotion, an individual must follow these steps: (1) be invited by SocialChorus (via email, mail or phone) to participate in the Promotion; (2) first register in the SocialChorus platform, sign up for the campaign and (i) follow the instructions for the campaign, or (ii) as an alternative to step 2.i, for Sweepstakes Promotion types only, individuals may send a mail-in entry by following the instructions in the Promotion Rules; and (3) follow the Promotion Rules applicable to the Promotion (available on the campaign Official Rules tab). An individual following all of these steps is an Entrant or Participant in the Promotion. 5. Submissions: Completion of a required activity, as described in the Promotion Rules (such as signing up for the Promotion; writing a story/blog; posting a tweet, photo, video and so forth), shall be deemed a Submission or Entry for purposes of these Master Rules. Any such Submission which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems to be inappropriate for publication will not be considered and the corresponding entrant will be disqualified. Submission cannot: (i) be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (ii) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message; (iii) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (iv) defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or Client or their respective products or services, or other people, products or companies; (v) contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, (except for Client) or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses; (vi) contain copyrighted materials owned by others (vii) contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead; (viii) communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor and Client wish to associate; and (ix) depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law. each entrant represents and warrants that: (i) his/her Entry is the sole and original creation of the Submission and has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; (ii) the Submission does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark/tradename, or other proprietary right of any person (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity; (iii) the Submission is the sole and exclusive property of the Entrant; (iv) the persons depicted in the Submission have given written consent to its submission into the Promotion and use as contemplated by these Master Rules or the Promotion Rules; (v) the Submission has not been previously published; (vi) entrant owns or otherwise has rights to use all elements of the Submission; and (viii) publication of the Submission via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party. Any such entrant will indemnify and hold harmless Promotion Parties from any claims to the contrary. ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER ENTRY MAY BE POSTED ON SPONSOR S OR CLIENT S WEBSITES, IN SPONSOR S DISCRETION. Entrant hereby grants to the Sponsor and Client a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, edit, delete or display the Submission, or any portion thereof, in any media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to, all forms of television and all forms of internet and wireless protocol without limitation and without any further right of approval or compensation. Entrant authorizes the Sponsor and any entities affiliated or in privity with the Sponsor, to utilize, for eternity and in any manner they see fit, the Submission and to make derivative works from such material. Entrant agrees that the results and proceeds of such use shall become the property of Sponsor and shall be freely assignable by Sponsor or and that the Promotion Parties and their assignees and licensees shall have no obligations whatsoever to Entrant. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to entrants. Sponsor reserves the right to waive the Submission requirements set forth herein in its reasonable discretion. You agree that your Submission is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, that Sponsor is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Submission on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor contained in your Submission, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. Sponsor reserves the right to, and may or may not monitor/screen Submissions. 6. Drawing & Odds: In the event the Promotion includes a drawing, such drawing will be conducted within fourteen (14) days after conclusion of the Promotion Period by Judging Agency. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received. 7. Judging Criteria: In the event the Promotion includes a contest, all eligible entries will be judged under the supervision of Judging Agency based on criteria contained within the Promotion Rules. In the event of a tie during judging, tied entries will be re-evaluated and the winner will be determined as stated in the Promotion Rules. 8. Awards & Prizes, Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ): Refer to the Promotion Rules for specific prize details. If a prize includes a gift card, the standard terms and conditions applicable to the gift card will apply.. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize may not be transferred or substituted by potential winner. Prizes shall be awarded as is with no guarantees or warranties, either express or implied. Promotion Parties make no representations or warranties in connection with the prizes and expressly disclaims all warranties and rights implied by statute or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Arrangements for delivery of Page 4 of 5

prizes will be performed after winner validation. At the Sponsor s discretion, unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. 9. General Rules: All federal, state and local laws apply. Winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone, as Judging Agency s discretion. Potential winners (or potential winners' parent or legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to respond to notices or return any documents in a timely manner, as determined by the Judging Agency, may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Promotion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the independent Judging Agency, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for printing, distribution or production errors or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Promotion. If, in the Judging Agency's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Judging Agency reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or modify and/or terminate the Promotion and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the person's name submitted at time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or Website or acts in a disruptive manner. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of California.
