A free organisational health risk assessment for employers and individual health assessments for employees, helping organisations to: Identify and target health risks Raise awareness of wellbeing, health, and impact of behaviours Share best practice 90% of repeating companies had improved the health and wellbeing facilities and interventions offered to staff In three years, the study has had an increase of 195% in qualifying companies 79% of repeating companies showed an improvement in their Healthiest Company score 53% of repeating employees became healthier year-on-year* Since 2013, 176 unique companies and more than 60,000 individuals have taken part in the survey resulting in 7.8 million data points * Evidenced by a reduced Vitality Age Gap, a validated measure of the gap between a person s chronological age and their health age after adjusting for the impact of lifestyle behaviours and clinical indicators.
