Maybank American Express Cards Auto PayBills 2017 campaign Terms and Conditions Promotion Information and Eligibility 1. This Promotion is open to all American Express Cards (credit & charge) cardmembers including their supplementary cardmembers who are residing in Malaysia ( the Eligible Subscriber ). In order to be eligible for the promotion and cash rebates, all the Eligible Subscriber s accounts must be valid and in good standing as may be determined by Malayan Banking Berhad ( Maybank ). 2. The following shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:- a. Maybank Corporate/Purchasing Card cardmembers b. Employees of the advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families. c. Cardmembers whose accounts with Maybank which have been suspended, closed or who are in breach of their Agreement with Maybank shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion. 3. The selected AutoPay service providers participating in the Campaign are as follows: a. Astro b. Celcom c. Digi d. Etiqa e. Telekom Malaysia & Telekom Unifi f. Tenaga Nasional Berhad g. All Municipality Assessment Service Providers Promotion Period 1. Maybank American Express Cards Auto PayBills Campaign ( the Campaign ) commences on 1 April 2017 and shall end on 31 July 2017 ( the Promotion Period ). Rewards 1. Eligible Subscriber must enroll for a NEW Auto Paybills on any of the above Autopay Service Providers with Maybank AutoPay enrolment form during the campaign period. The Cash Back will be rewarded as below, per each successful enrolment of Auto Paybills account as per following rebate structure: Cash Back RM20 RM10 Service Provider Astro, Celcom, DiGi, Etiqa, Telekom Berhad (including Unifi) & Tenaga Nasional Municipality Assessment Service Providers

2. Cash Back will be awarded as per below, per successful enrolment of Auto PayBills accounts and capped at RM80 per customer. Description 1 enrolment Astro 2 enrolments Astro, Celcom 3 enrolments Celcom, TM & Astro 3 enrolments Celcom, TM & Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (Municipality Assessment Service) 4 enrolments and above Astro, TM, Celcom, Etiqa & TNB Cash Back RM20 RM40 RM60 RM50 RM80 3. Total amount of Cashback Reward to be given away is capped at Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Eight Thousand only (RM 38,000) throughout the campaign period and is based on first-come-first-served basis. Each cardmember is eligible for Cash Back only once for each new autopay account enrolment. 4. On top of Cash Back rewards, customer also entitled for 1 entry for every Accounts/Service Providers to stand a chance to win Samsung S7 edge. Customer will get double entries if customer enroll via www.maybank.com.my where customer need to print the form from Maybank website and email to amex.customercare@maybank.com.my or fax to 03-79538600. Eligible Cardmembers will be shortlisted by Maybank s randomizer programme. 6. Prize such as Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge will be sent to the winner s address via Maybank s fulfilment vendor and courier service and the Cashback shall be credited to the customer s active credit card account within 6-8 weeks from campaign end date. 7. Maybank shall not be liable for any risk, loss or damage to the prizes upon handover of the prizes to the Winners. Neither shall Maybank be liable for or obligated to recognize or replace defective, damage or stolen prizes.

8. The prizes are not transferable and exchangeable for up-front cash or credit of any kind, whether in part or in full. Qualification Mechanics 1. To be eligible for the Promotion, the Subscriber must enroll for a NEW Autopay account on any of the six (6) selected Service Providers and also any of Municipality Assessment Service Providers during the Promotion Period. Any cancellation of existing Autopay facilities and re-enrol for this campaign is not eligible for the rewards. 2. Only transactions made payable to an individual Auto PayBills account shall be eligible for this Promotion. Transactions made to a company s Auto PayBills account shall be disqualified. General Terms and Conditions 1. By enrolling in the Maybank Auto PayBills campaign ("the Service"), the Cardmember ("the Subscriber") authorises Maybank ("the Bank"), as the case may be, to: a. obtain the amount of the monthly charges of the Subscriber from the Service Provider on the application form; and b. disclose relevant information on their credit card account to the Service provider for the purpose of the Service and automatically debit the bill amount to the Subscriber's credit card account. The above authorisations will cease upon the Subscriber withdrawing from the Service or if the Service is terminated by the Bank for any reasons whatsoever. c. I authorise the Bank to work with the Service Providers to overwrite any existing or similar service with this new instruction. 2. The bill amount will be automatically debited to the Subscriber's credit & charge card account upon approval by the Bank (if the card is maintained with Maybank). The Bank reserves the right to decline and to debit the Subscriber's credit & cgarge card account maintained with the Bank for the bill amount without assigning any reason thereof notwithstanding the fact that the Subscriber s credit & charge card account with the Bank may have been settled in full. 3. In the event of the Bank declining as provided in Clause 2 above, the Subscriber will be notified by the Service Provider and the Subscriber will accordingly be liable to settle all sums due to the Service Provider directly. In this instance, the Bank shall not be obliged to inform the subscriber regarding the non-payment of the sums due or be liable for any claims, demands and losses arising therefrom. 4. The Bank shall only entertain queries relating to the payment of bill charges via the Service. All other queries including but not limited to queries concerning disputes, line problems and termination of Service, shall be referred directly to the Service Provider. 5. The Subscriber must inform the Service Provider in writing of any changes of the credit & charge card number, including new credit & charge card number issued under "lost card" or "conversion" provided that these Terms and Conditions shall apply with regards to the new credit & charge card.

6. The Subscriber may terminate the Service by giving two (2) month's prior notice in writing to the Service Provider. 7. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Service forthwith without notice due to default or breach by the Subscriber of these Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of the Cardholder Agreement with the Bank. Upon termination by the Bank of the Service, the Subscriber shall be liable to settle all sums due to the Service Provider directly without the involvement of the Bank, and the Bank shall not be liable for any claims, demands and losses caused by such termination. 8. Maybank reserves the right to vary/change any or all of the terms and conditions (including the privileges made available by Maybank in connection with the Card whether such privileges are set out herein or elsewhere) whenever the Bank deems necessary by giving 21 calendar days notice before the implementation. 9. By completing the application form, the Subscriber hereby declares that the information given by him/her is true and complete. 10. If the Bank approves the Subscriber s application for the Service, the Bank will award the Subscribers with the respective rewards(s) earned for the stipulated period of promotion only. This is provided that the subscription is made using Maybank Credit & Charge Card. In the event that the rewards(s) is unavailable, Maybank will replace it with a substitute of similar value with 21 days prior notice. Every credit & charge cardholder will only be entitled to one rewards. 11. The Terms and Conditions as may be imposed by the Service Provider(s) in respect of its/their AutoPay service shall apply to the Service as if the same are incorporated herein. 12. By participating in this campaign, cardmember agrees to be bound by accessing Maybank website at www.maybank2u.com on a regular basis to view the terms & conditions and to ensure that they are kept-up-to-date with any changes or variations made to the terms & conditions.

Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua Pemegang Kad Maybank American Express (kredit & caj) serta Ahli kad tambahan mereka yang menetap di Malaysia ( "Pelanggan"). Untuk layak menyertai Kempen dan memenangi Pulangan tunai, semua akaun yang layak mestilah sah dan mempunya rekod yang baik sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Malayan Banking Berhad ( "Maybank"). 2. Berikut adalah tidak layak untuk menyertai kempen ini: - a. ahli kad Maybank / Kad Pembelian Korporat b. Pekerja pengiklanan dan promosi agensi-agensi, dan keluarga terdekat mereka. c. Ahli Kad yang mempunyai akaun dengan Maybank yang telah digantung, ditutup atau yang melanggar Perjanjian mereka dengan Maybank tidak layak untuk mengambil bahagian dalam Promosi ini. 3. Pembekal perkhidmatan Auto PayBills terpilih untuk menyertai Kempen ini adalah seperti berikut: a. Astro b. Celcom c. Digi d. Etiqa e. Telekom Malaysia & Telekom Unifi f. Tenaga Nasional Berhad g. Semua Pembekal Perbandaran Perkhidmatan Penilaian Tempoh promosi 1. Kempen Maybank Auto PayBills American Express ( "Kempen") bermula pada 1 April 2017 dan akan berakhir pada 31 Julai 2017 ( "Tempoh Kempen"). Ganjaran 1. Pelanggan yang layak mesti mendaftarkan Auto PayBills yang baru pada mana-mana Penyedia Perkhidmatan Auto PayBills atas dengan borang pendaftaran Maybank Auto PayBills semasa tempoh berkempen. Pulangan Tunai akan diberi ganjaran seperti di bawah, bagi setiap pendaftaran kejayaan Auto Paybills akaun seperti struktur rebat berikut: Pulangan Tunai RM20 RM10 Pembekal Perkhidmatan Astro, Celcom, DiGi, Etiqa, Telekom Berhad (termasuk Unifi) & Tenaga Nasional Bagi setiap Pembekal Perbandaran Perkhidmatan Penilaian

2. Pulangan Tunai akan diberikan seperti berikut, setiap pendaftaran Auto PayBills akaun yang Berjaya dan dihadkan pada RM80 bagi setiap pelanggan. Penerangan Pulangan Tunai Huraian 1 pendaftaran Astro 2 pendaftaran Astro, Celcom 3 pendaftaran Celcom, TM & Astro 3 pendaftaran Celcom, TM & Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (Municipality Assessment Service) 4 pendaftaran ke atas Astro, TM, Celcom, Etiqa & TNB Pulangan Tunai RM20 RM40 RM60 RM50 RM80 3. Jumlah ganjaran Pulangan Tunai yang akan diberikan dihadkan kepada Ringgit Malaysia Tiga Puluh Lapan Ribu sahaja (RM 38,000) sepanjang tempoh berkempen dan adalah berdasarkan first-come-first-served. Ahli kad hanya layak mendapat sekali ganjaran Pulangan Tunai untuk setiap Auto PayBills akaun berdaftar. 4. Selain ganjaran Pulangan Tunai, pelanggan juga layak mendapat satu (1) penyertaan bagi setiap Akaun / Pembekal Perkhidmatan yang didaftar untuk berpeluang memenangi Samsung S7 edge. Pelanggan juga akan mendapat dua (2) penyertaan jika pelanggan mendaftar melalui www.maybank.com.my di mana pelanggan perlu mencetak borang dari laman web Maybank dan e-mel pada amex.customercare@maybank.com.my atau fax di nombor 03-79538600. Penerangan Penyertaan melalui saluran normal * Penyertaan melalui saluran laman web Maybank** 1 akaun/pembekal Perkhidmatan 1 penyertaan 2 penyertaan 2 akaun/pembekal Perkhidmatan 2 penyertaan 4 penyertaan 3 akaun/pembekal Perkhidmatan 3 penyertaan 6 penyertaan 5 akaun/pembekal Perkhidmatan 10 penyertaan 20 penyertaan Nota penting: *Saluran normal adalah borang pendaftaran yang dihantar kepada pelanggan melalui penyata bil kad atau di cawangan Maybank. **Saluran laman web Maybank adalah melalui laman web Maybank di mana pelanggan perlu memuat turun borang dari laman web Maybank iaitu www.maybank.com.my dan fax atau email kepada Maybank. 5. 4 x pemenang akan melayakkan untuk memenangi Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Ahli Kad yang layak akan disenarai pendek oleh program randomizer Maybank. 6. Hadiah seperti Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge akan dihantar ke alamat pemenang melalui vendor & perkhidmatan kurier yang dipilih oleh Maybank dan Cashback akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun kad kredit pelanggan yang aktif dalam tempoh 6-8 minggu dari tarikh akhir kempen.

7. Maybank tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas apa-apa risiko, kerugian atau kerosakan kepada hadiah-hadiah semasa penyerahan hadiah kepada Pemenang. Maybank tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas atau diwajibkan untuk menggantikan yang rosak, kerosakan atau hadiah yang dicuri. 8. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau kredit dalam apa jua bentuk, sama ada sebahagian atau sepenuhnya. Mekanik kelayakan 1. Untuk layak kempen ini, Pelanggan perlu mendaftar untuk akaun baru Auto PayBills di mana-mana enam (6) Pembekal Perkhidmatan yang terpilih dan juga mana-mana Pembekal Perkhidmatan Taksiran Majlis Perbandaran semasa tempoh kempen. Sebarang pembatalan kemudahan Auto PayBills sedia ada dan didaftar semula untuk kempen ini tidak layak untuk ganjaran. 2. Hanya transaksi yang dibuat dari Akaun individu adalah layak untuk kempen ini. Transaksi yang dibuat oleh akuan Syarikar tidak layak menerima ganjaran. Terma dan Syarat Am 1. Dengan mendaftar kempen Maybank Auto PayBills ( "Perkhidmatan"), Pemegang Kad ("Pelanggan") yang memberi kuasa kepada Maybank ( "Bank"), mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, kepada: a. mendapatkan jumlah caj bulanan Pelanggan dari perkhidmatan tersebut Provider pada borang permohonan; dan b. mendedahkan maklumat yang relevan mengenai akaun kad kredit mereka untuk pembekal perkhidmatan tersebut untuk tujuan Perkhidmatan tersebut dan secara automatik mendebit amaun bil ke akaun kad kredit Pelanggan. Kebenaran yang di atas tidak lagi atas Pelanggan yang menarik diri daripada Perkhidmatan atau jika perkhidmatan itu ditamatkan oleh Bank bagi apa-apa sebab sekalipun. c. Saya memberi kuasa kepada Bank untuk bekerja dengan Pembekal Perkhidmatan menulis ganti sebarang perkhidmatan sedia ada atau yang serupa dengan arahan baru ini. 2. Jumlah bil akan didebitkan secara automatik ke dalam akaun pemegang kad Pelanggan ini atas kelulusan oleh Bank (jika kad dikekalkan dengan Maybank). Bank mempunyai hak untuk menolak dan untuk mendebitkan akaun kad Pelanggan yang dikendalikan oleh Bank untuk amaun bil tanpa memberi sebarang alasan tanpa mengira fakta bahawa akaun kad kredit & pertuduhan Pelanggan dengan Bank mungkin telah dijelaskan sepenuhnya. 3. Sekiranya Bank menolak sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam Fasal 2 di atas, Pelanggan akan dimaklumkan melalui Pembekal Perkhidmatan dan Pelanggan dengan sewajarnya akan bertanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan semua jumlah terhutang kepada Pembekal Perkhidmatan secara langsung. Dalam hal ini, Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk memaklumkan pelanggan mengenai tidak membayar jumlah wang yang kena dibayar atau bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang tuntutan, permintaan dan kerugian yang timbul daripadanya.

4. Bank hanya akan melayan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan pembayaran caj bil melalui Perkhidmatan tersebut. Semua pertanyaan lain termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada pertanyaan tentang perselisihan, masalah talian dan penamatan Perkhidmatan, hendaklah dirujuk terus kepada Pembekal Perkhidmatan. 5. Pelanggan hendaklah memaklumkan Pembekal Perkhidmatan secara bertulis tentang sebarang perubahan nombor kad kredit & caj, termasuk nombor kad kredit & caj baru yang dikeluarkan di bawah "kad hilang" atau "penukaran" dengan syarat bahawa syaratsyarat ini hendaklah dipakai berhubung dengan kad kredit & caj yang baru. 6. Pelanggan boleh menamatkan perkhidmatan dengan memberi notis terlebih dahulu dua (2) bulan secara bertulis kepada Pembekal Perkhidmatan. 7. Bank berhak untuk menamatkan Perkhidmatan dengan serta-merta tanpa notis untuk lalai atau pelanggaran oleh Pelanggan Terma dan Syarat atau Terma dan Syarat Perjanjian Pemegang Kad dengan pihak Bank. Selepas penamatan oleh Bank Perkhidmatan, Pelanggan hendaklah bertanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan semua jumlah terhutang kepada Pembekal Perkhidmatan secara langsung tanpa penglibatan Bank, dan Bank tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas apa-apa tuntutan, tuntutan dan kerugian yang disebabkan oleh penamatan itu. 8. Maybank berhak untuk mengubah / menukar mana-mana atau semua terma dan syarat (termasuk keistimewaan yang disediakan oleh Maybank berkaitan dengan Kad sama ada keistimewaan tersebut dinyatakan di sini atau di tempat lain) bila-bila masa yang Bank fikirkan perlu dengan memberi 21 kalendar hari notis sebelum pelaksanaan. 9. Dengan melengkapkan borang permohonan, Pelanggan dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa maklumat yang diberikan oleh dia / dia adalah benar dan lengkap. 10. Jika Bank meluluskan permohonan Pelanggan untuk Perkhidmatan ini, Bank akan menganugerahkan Pelanggan dengan ganjaran masing-masing (s) yang diperolehi untuk tempoh yang ditetapkan kempen sahaja. Disyaratkan bahawa langganan dibuat menggunakan Maybank Credit & Kad Caj. Sekiranya ganjaran (s) tidak ada, Maybank akan menggantikannya dengan pengganti yang sama nilainya dengan 21 hari notis terlebih dahulu. Setiap kredit & caj pemegang kad hanya akan layak mendapat satu ganjaran. 11. Terma dan Syarat yang dikenakan oleh Pembekal Perkhidmatan (s) berkenaan dengan perkhidmatan Autopay / mereka hendaklah terpakai kepada Perkhidmatan seolah-olah yang sama dimasukkan di sini. 12. Dengan menyertai kempen ini, pemegang kad bersetuju untuk merujuk terma dan syarat kempen di laman web Maybank www.maybank.com.my dari masa ke semasa untuk memastikan mereka sentiasa dikemaskini dengan sebarang perubahan atau pindaan pada terma dan syarat.
