WELCOME TO BANKING AT BMT This guide contains helpful information you need for conversion weekend, beginning at 3:00 pm on February 23 through February 25, 2018, when your Royal Bank America accounts convert to Bryn Mawr Trust. By reviewing these details carefully, you can assure a smooth and simple transition to BMT. 2

KEY MILESTONES by Thursday, 2/22 Debit Card holders will receive a new Bryn Mawr Trust VISA Debit Card. (For use on February 26, 2018 or later.) Friday, 2/23 at 3:00 pm Royal Bank America branches close at 3:00 pm and remain closed Saturday. Royal Bank Online Banking and the Mobile Banking App will be available for view-only access. You will not be able to conduct transactions after 3:00 pm. Saturday 2/24 Sunday 2/25 Royal Bank branches remain closed through the weekend. You may continue to use your Royal Bank Debit Card through conversion weekend and up to 9:00 am on February 26. Online and Mobile Banking are available for view-only, non-transactional access. Monday, 2/26 Royal Bank branches reopen as Bryn Mawr Trust branches. You now have access to all Bryn Mawr Trust branches (see page 14 for a combined list of our branch locations). Bryn Mawr Trust Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Telephone Banking become available. Your new BMT VISA Debit Card is available for transactions. 4

IMPORTANT CONVERSION INFORMATION Please make special note of items designated with a gold box, which may require action on your part. If you have questions or need assistance, contact your local branch or give us a call. Account Numbers Checks Direct Deposits and Automatic Transfers Debit Cards Account numbers will not change. Continue to use your current checks. When you place your next order, you will receive Bryn Mawr Trust branded checks. Established direct deposits and automatic transfers will continue uninterrupted. Replacement cards will be mailed on February 12. Please call us at 610-668-4700 if you have not received your new Bryn Mawr Trust VISA Debit Card by February 22. If you have recurring payments deducted from your Royal Bank Debit Card, or you have your card saved for use with other merchants for on-demand use, you must provide them with your new Bryn Mawr Trust VISA Debit Card number and expiration date to avoid interrupted payments. Your Royal Bank card will stop working at 9:00 am on Monday, February 26. On or after February 26, you must activate your new BMT VISA Debit Card by calling 866-452-6822. For your security, you must call to activate from a telephone number you have on file with Royal Bank. You will be asked to create a personalized PIN. Please note that BMT does not participate in the AllPoint network. 5

IMPORTANT CONVERSION INFORMATION (cont'd) Royal Bank Credit Cards Wires Your Royal Bank Credit Card(s) will continue to function without disruption. In March, we will mail your Bryn Mawr Trust replacement credit card(s). Incoming Wires: After conversion, all recurring incoming wires will be routed automatically to your Bryn Mawr Trust account(s). Outgoing Wires: May be initiated in one of two ways: 1) In person at any BMT branch location 2) By calling the Customer Care Center at 610-525-1700 once authorized properly* The cutoff time is 4:30 pm ET for outgoing domestic wires and 3:00 pm ET for international, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. * A completed Agreement for Funds Transfer Services is required before initiating a wire transfer. Additionally, a Wire Transfer Authorization form is required to initiate wires by telephone. Forms can be obtained and completed at any branch location. Deposit Statements and estatements You will receive a final statement from Royal Bank with activity through Friday, February 23. It will include monthly fees and interest if applicable. Depending on your statement cycle, your first Bryn Mawr Trust statement may be for a shorter period. Royal Bank customers with estatements will not have access to prior Royal Bank statements through Bryn Mawr Trust Online Banking. Remember to print or download your transaction history and statements. As a convenience, you will have view-only access to Royal Bank Online Banking for transaction history and statements for a limited time. Beginning February 26, visit www.bmtc.com/welcome for details. If you want to receive estatements, you will have to enroll within BMT Online Banking on or after February 26, 2018. 6

Overdraft Protection Loans/Lines of Credit Automatic transfers from a linked savings or money market account used to cover checking overdrafts will remain in effect. Overdraft transfers from a linked line of credit will now be made in increments of $100. If you would like to have overdrafts paid when using your BMT Debit Card at an ATM or Point of Sale transaction, you can elect to opt-in and have Bryn Mawr Trust authorize and pay the item. To activate this service, visit your branch or call 610-525-1700 on or after February 26. There will be no changes to the terms and conditions of your loans or lines of credit. For your line of credit, you will receive your statement based on statement cycle, not based on activity. This may result in a minor change in your payment due date. Mortgage borrowers will receive a monthly billing statement. If you make payments by mail, please start using the following address on February 26: For Personal Loans: Bryn Mawr Trust, P.O. Box 61, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 For Residential Mortgage Loans: Bryn Mawr Trust, P.O. Box 1160, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 Review your first BMT Line of Credit statement to determine your payment due date. You can also make personal loan payments via Online Banking or at any Bryn Mawr Trust branch. Telephone Banking For 24/7 automated account information, call 610-687-4268 starting Monday, February 26. Enrollment is required; please follow the prompts for first-time user enrollment. To enroll, you must have a Bryn Mawr Trust VISA or HSA Debit Card, account number and Social Security Number. To speak with a bank representative at our BMT Customer Care Center, call 610-525-1700 and press option for our special merger options from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm ET Monday-Friday, or Saturday from * 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. In addition, you can still call your branch directly during normal business hours. For a complete listing of branch addresses and phone numbers, see page 14. 7

IMPORTANT CONVERSION INFORMATION Access to Royal Bank Online and Mobile Banking will become unavailable at 3:00 pm on February 23, 2018. Bill Payments cannot be scheduled after 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 22. Please plan accordingly if you need to perform any transactions. YOUR PERSONAL ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING ACCESS BMT s state-of-the-art Personal Online Banking platform will provide you with 24/7 access to your accounts from your computer, smartphone or other mobile device. You will have access to your accounts with BMT Personal Online Banking starting Monday, February 26. Bill Pay customers will have all payees, future dated payments, recurring payments and bill payment history transferred automatically to the user s account in BMT Personal Online Banking. Transaction History For a limited time, you will be able to access the history of your Royal Bank accounts by going to www.bmtc.com/welcome beginning February 26. Download any online banking history and estatements for your records. This access is view-only and will contain only Royal Bank account information through Friday, February 23, 2018. 8

First Time Login for Personal Online Banking If you were an active Royal Bank Online Banking user in 2017, you will have a profile established in BMT s Personal Online Banking. Beginning Monday, February 26 at 9:00 am, you can log in to BMT Online Banking at www.bmtc.com using your existing Royal Bank Consumer User ID. Select Service Personal/Consumer Banking. At your first login, you will be asked to enter a password, which will be the last six digits of your Social Security Number. You can then establish a new password.!! When accessing the Personal Online Banking system for the first time, do not use the First time user? enroll in online banking link. Follow the prompts to re-enroll. For step-by-step instructions on how to Log In to your Personal/ Consumer BMT Online Banking, please visit www.bmtc.com/welcome. Quicken /QuickBooks Quicken and QuickBooks users can receive online transition instructions at www.bmtc.com/welcome/quicken. Mobile Banking For convenient access to your accounts on the go, you can begin using BMT s Mobile App starting Monday, February 26. Download the free Bryn Mawr Trust Mobile Banking App at the Apple App Store or Google Play. Select BMT Mobile Banking. WHAT S NEW Use our new Trends Financial Tool to consolidate financial information from other institutions in one secure location, so you can see your entire financial picture at a glance. Benefit from our later internal transfer cutoff time of 10:00 pm for same-day credit. You now have the freedom to make external transfers to other institutions (even from your phone). Running late? No worries with our later mobile deposit cutoff time of 8:00 pm for next-day availability. Enjoy our higher daily mobile deposit limit of $3,500. Enhanced security features. 9
