MAYBANK BALANCE TRANSFER 0% 12 months TERMS AND CONDITION MAYBANK BALANCE TRANSFER 0% 12 months shall run from 9 September 2014 till 8 March 2015(both dates inclusive) ( Campaign Period ) 1. Maybank Credit Card Card(s) ( Cardmember ) may apply to transfer outstanding balances including principal, accrued profit, profit and other charges as shown in the latest corresponding account statement(s) ( Outstanding Balances ) from his/her credit card accounts(s) with other financial institution ( Other credit card Account(s)) held in their name (except for Credit Card issued by Maybank and/or Maybank Islamic) to any Maybank Credit Card account subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. 2. The Balance Transfer Program ("BT Program") is only open to Principal Cardmembers of credit cards issued by Malaysian Financial Institutions billed in Ringgit Malaysia. 3. Eligibility is subject to the Clause 4 below: i. Principal Cardmember(s) of Maybank Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card(s) issued by Maybank Malaysia; ii. Persons who apply for a principal Maybank Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card(s) with approved Credit Card(s) during the campaign period; 4. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate: i. Maybank Card Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card(s) not issued by Maybank Malaysia; ii. Maybank Card Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cardmember(s) who is/are in default of facilities granted by Maybank at any time during the Campaign Period, subject to Maybank s sole and absolute discretion; 5. Campaign Mechanics:- i. 12 months Instalment Plan - Interest Rate at 0% per month. ii. The minimum transfer amount is RM1,000 and the maximum amount is capped at RM50,000 per transaction. iii. One time up-front fee at 3% which will be charge from the approved amount for each approved application will be WAIVED during the campaign period iv. The 3% up-front fee waiver will be reverse from the credit card account within 7 working days from the approval date. v. Any Balance Transfer plan approved prior to this campaign period is not allowed to be change to this Balance Transfer Plan 6. By participating in this campaign, cardmember is bind to agree in accessing Maybank website at www.maybank2u.com on regular basis to view the terms and conditions and to ensure that they are kept-up-to-date with any changes or variations made to the terms and conditions. 7. The records of transactions maintained by Maybank and the selection of eligible approved applicants by Maybank shall be final and conclusive. No other correspondence or claims by the cardmember shall be entertained. 8. The balance transfer amount shall be treated as a retail transaction. In accordance with the Card Agreement, if the instalment amount (together with all the specified interest/management fee/finance charge/fee chargeable herein) is not paid in full on the Page 1

payment due date, the prevailing card interest/management fee rate/fee/finance charge or such rate as prescribed by the Bank from time to time at the Bank s absolute discretion will be chargeable on: a. The outstanding amount (together with all the specified interest/management fee/finance charge/fee chargeable herein) remaining unpaid on the due date from the posting date until the full payment is credited into the Cardmember s account. b. The outstanding principal amount remaining unpaid on the due date from the posting date until the full payment is credited in the Cardmember s account 9. TreatsPoints will not be rewarded for any transaction under this Campaign. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. For each application under the BT Program, the Cardmember(s) may apply to transfer Outstanding Balances from credit card accounts held by Cardmember(s) with other bank(s) to their Maybank credit card account. 2. Cardmember have to pay the monthly instalment in full before the due date and if Cardmember fails to pay the monthly instalment in full, the prevailing interest rate (depending on your past 12 months payment record) will be charged on the remaining balance instalment unpaid on the due date until the instalment is settled in full. 3. The existing credit limit for your Principal Visa/MasterCard/American Express account will be shared with this Balance Transfer Account and all other supplementary cards issued. This is NOT a credit limit increase. This Balance Transfer Account will be used to post balance transferred from other Card Issuer. 4. A letter of notification will be sent to the Cardmember advising him/her whether or not such an application has been approved. In the event that an application is approved, payment to the Other Card Account(s) by the Bank will be made in the manner provided herein. 5. Once a specified amount of the Outstanding Balances to be transferred has been approved, a corresponding amount of the Cardmember's existing credit card limit will be reserved for this purpose and shall not be available to the Cardmember s until settlement of the said Outstanding Balances. On the posting date, this specified amount will then be utilized and interest rate charges will commence thereon. 6. Until the notification of approval referred to in Clause 4 is received, Cardmembers shall continue to be liable to make payment to their Other Card Account(s) in accordance with the terms governing the same. The Bank shall not be liable for interest on any overdue payment or any other finance or other charges incurred as a result of the Cardmember's and/or the Bank's failure or delay in making payment before or after the posting date. 7. The Bank has the right to approve or transfer the whole or part of the amount of the Outstanding Balances applied for without prior notification to or the consent of the Cardmember. The Bank is not obliged to assign any reason to the Cardmembers in respect of the exercise of its discretion pursuant to this clause. 8. If the Cardmember(s) Maybank Credit Card account is terminated for any reason whatsoever, the Cardmember shall forthwith settle all balances due under the Programme upon Page 2

termination. Otherwise the prevailing finance charge shall be levied on the outstanding balance which comprises of principal outstanding and interest accrued. 9. Maybank reserves the sole and exclusive right at it sole discretion to vary, delete, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions of the campaign with 21 days prior notice. These terms and conditions may be modified, amended or varied by Maybank by posting on the Website www.maybank2u.com or by any other mode that Maybank shall deem fit. Maybank shall not be liable for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a direct or indirect result of the cancellation, variation, amendment, termination or suspension. 10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. 11. PINDAHAN BAKI 0% 12 bulan TERMA DAN SYARAT Pindahan Baki Maybank 0% 12 bulan bermula dari 09 September 2014 sehingga 08 March 2015 (termasuk pada kedua-dua tarikh ) ( Tempoh Kempen ) 1. Pemegang Kad-Kad Kredit Maybank ( Ahli Kad ) boleh memohon untuk memindah baki belum jelas termasuk jumlah pokok, faedah teraku, caj kewangan dan caj lain seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam penyata (penyata-penyata) akaun terkini yang berkenaan ( Baki Belum Jelas ) daripada akaun (akaun-akaun) dipegang oleh mereka dengan institusi kewangan lain (kecuali Kad Kredit Maybank dan/atau Maybank Islamik) kepada mana-mana akaun Kad Kredit Maybank tertakluk kepada Syarat dan Peraturan yang terkandung di dalam ini. 2. Program Pemindahan Baki ( Program ) ini terbuka hanya kepada ahli Kad Utama kad-kad kredit yang dikeluarkan oleh Institusi Kewangan Malaysia yang dibil dalam Ringgit Malaysia. 3. Kelayakan tertakluk kepada syarat no.4 di bawah: i. Pemegang Kad Utama Kad Kredit Maybank Visa, MasterCard dan American Express yang dikeluarkan oleh Maybank Malaysia; ii. Individu yang memohon Kad Utama Kad Kredit Maybank Visa, MasterCard dan American Express dan kad yang telah diluluskan dalam tempoh kempen; 4. Individu di bawah tidak layak menyertai kempen ini: i. Kad Kredit Maybank Visa, MasterCard dan American Express yang tidak dikeluarkan oleh Maybank Malaysia; ii. Pemegang Kad Kredit Maybank Visa, MasterCard dan American Express yang mempunyai tunggakan bayaran akaun kad kredit dengan Maybank. 5. Pelan Pindahan Baki yang ditawarkan: i. Pelan 12 bulan ansuran bulanan Kadar faedah pada 0% sebulan ii. Jumlah minima baki belum jelas yang boleh dipindahkan ialah RM1,000 dan jumlah berikutnya adalah dalam gandaan seratus. iii. Jumlah maksimum dihadkan kepada RM50,000 untuk setiap transaksi. Page 3

iv. Caj pendahuluan sekali sahaja yang akan dikenakan pada kadar 3% daripada jumlah yang diluluskan untuk setiap permohonan yang diluluskan TIDAK AKAN DIKENAKAN untuk tempoh tawaran ini. v. Caj pendahuluan 3% daripada jumlah yang diluluskan akan dilupuskan dari akaun kad kredit dalam tempoh 7 hari bekerja dari tarikh kelulusan. vi. Sebarang pelan pindahan baki yang diluluskan sebelum tarikh kempen tidak dibenarkan menukar ke pelan Pindahan Baki ini. 6. Dengan menyertai kempen ini, pemegang kad bersetuju untuk merujuk terma dan syarat kempen di laman web Maybank www.maybank2u.com dari masa ke semasa untuk memastikan mereka sentiasa dikemaskini dengan sebarang perubahan atau pindaan pada terma dan syarat. 7. Rekod transaksi akan dikemaskini oleh Maybank dan pemilihan Pelanggan Pindahan Baki yang diluluskan oleh Maybank adalah muktamad. Sebarang tuntutan daripada pemegang kad tidak akan dilayan. 8. Amaun pindahan baki akan dianggap sebagai transaksi pembelian runcit. Selaras dengan Perjanjian Kad, pembelian runcit. Sekiranya bayaran ansuran (bersama dengan faedah yang ditetapkan/yuran pengurusan/kos kewangan /kos tertentu yang dikenakan di sini) tidak diterima sepenuhnya pada tarikh akhir bayaran, kadar faedah/yuran pengurusan kad yang berkuatkuasa atau kadar seumpamanya, seperti yang ditetapkan oleh Bank dari semasa ke semasa, menurut budi bicara mutlak Bank, akan dicaj ke atas: a. Amaun tertunggak (bersama dengan semua faedah/kos kewangan/kos dikenakan yang tertentu) yang belum dibayar pada tarikh akhir dari tarikh catatan sehingga bayaran penuh dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Ahli Kad. b. Amaun pokok tertunggak yang belum dibayar pada tarikh akhir dari tarikh catatan sehingga bayaran penuh dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Ahli Kad. 9. Mata Ganjaran tidak akan diberikan untuk sebarang transaksi yang dilakukan di bawah Kempen ini. TERMA DAN SYARAT AM 1. Ahli Kad Kredit boleh memohon untuk memindahkan baki tidak lebih daripada 3 akaun kad kredit (milik ahli kad kredit tersebut) dengan bank lain ke akaun Kad Kredit Maybank. 2. Ahli kad hendaklah membuat bayaran penuh ansuran bulanan sebelum tarikh akhir pembayaran dan jika Ahli kad tidak membuat bayaran penuh ansuran bulanan, caj kewangan sebelumnya (tertakluk kepada rekod pembayaran balik selama 12 bulan) akan dikenakan ke atas baki ansuran bulanan pada tarikh akhir pembayaran sehingga ansuran bulanan dibayar sepenuhnya. 3. Had kredit Ahli Kad akan diperuntukkan untuk amaun yang telah diluluskan dan faedah/yuran pengurusan yang dikenakan sekali dan dikira terdahulu. Oleh itu, had kredit tidak akan tersedia kepada Ahli Kad tetapi akan ditambah secara progresif setiap bulan mengikut penjelasan ansuran bulanan yang dilakukan oleh Ahli Kad. Page 4

4. Surat pemberitahuan akan dihantar kepada Ahli Kad untuk memaklumkan samada permohonan diluluskan. Sekiranya permohonan diluluskan, pembayaran kepada Akaun (Akaun-Akaun) Kad Kredit lain akan dibuat dengan cara yang ditetapkan oleh pihak bank. 5. Apabila jumlah Baki Belum Jelas yang ditetapkan untuk dipindah telah diluluskan, jumlah yang sama daripada had kad kemudahan sedia ada Ahli Kad akan diperuntukkan untuk tujuan ini dan tidak boleh digunakan oleh Ahli Kad sehingga Baki Belum Jelas tersebut dibayar. Pada Tarikh Didaftarkan, jumlah yang ditetapkan ini akan digunakan dan caj kewangan akan bermula pada tarikh ini. 6. Sehingga pemberitahuan kelulusan yang dinyatakan dalam fasal 12 diterima, Ahli Kad masih bertanggungjawab untuk membuat pembayaran kepada Akaun (AkaunAkaun) Kad Kredit lain mengikut syarat-syaratnya. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap faedah atas sebarang pembayaran lewat atau sebarang caj kewangan atau caj lain yang ditanggung akibat kegagalan atau kelewatan Ahli Kad dan/atau Pihak Bank untuk membuat pembayaran sebelum atau selepas Tarikh Didaftarkan. 7. Pihak Bank mempunyai hak untuk meluluskan atau memindahkan seluruh atau sebahagian daripada jumlah Baki Belum Jelas yang dimohon tanpa sebarang pemberitahuan kepada atau persetujuan daripada Ahli Kad. Pihak Bank tidak bertanggungjawab untuk memberikan sebarang sebab kepada Ahli Kad kerana bertindak mengikut budi bicaranya di bawah fasal ini. 8. Jika Akaun Ahli Kad Kredit Maybank ditamatkan atas sebarang sebab, maka Ahli Kad hendaklah menyelesaikan semua baki terakru di bawah Program ini sebaik sahaja ia ditamatkan. Jika tidak, kadar faedah biasa akan dikenakan ke atas baki belum jelas yang terdiri dari jumlah pokok belum jelas dan keuntungan terakru. 9. Maybank berhak dan mempunyai budi bicara mutlak untuk mengubah, meminda, memadam atau menambah sebarang Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di sini, secara menyeluruh atau sebahagian daripadanya dari semasa ke semasa sebagaimana yang dianggap sesuai dan wajar oleh Bank dengan pemberitahuan sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari terlebih dahulu kepada Ahli Kad. Kempen tersebut boleh digantikan secara keseluruhannya atau sebahagiannya dengan kempen lain menurut budi bicara mutlak Bank, dengan memberi notis sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari terlebih dahulu kepada Ahli Kad. 10. Semua Terma dan Syarat yang ditetapkan di sini harus ditadbir oleh dan ditafsirkan mengikut undang-undang Malaysia. 11.
