Type and duration of the product, main risks that are not covered The offered product is an insurance contract with a duration of one year tacitly renewable. Hereunder you will find an overview of the main risks that are not covered. Is not covered / is excluded: Intentionally self-inflicted injury, suicide or suicide attempt of an insured person. Training for or participation in professional sports of any kind. An insured person travelling against the advice of a medical practitioner. For more information, AIG refers to the applicable general conditions of the insurance product AIG Group+ Business Travel Accident. Offer or quote with calculation of the premium general and specific conditions For an offer or quote free of charge with calculation of the premium, the general and specific conditions, and/or other relevant documents with contractual or pre-contractual information, the client can contact his Broker. It is necessary to fully analyse the general and specific conditions, as well as all other relevant documents with contractual and pre-contractual information before any decision to buy, underwrite, adhere to, accept, sign or conclude an insurance contract. Applicable law and jurisdiction The pre-contractual relations between AIG and the client regarding the insurance contract shall be governed and construed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute regarding the pre-contractual relations, the execution and/or interpretation of the insurance contract.
