The workshop seeks to provide the participants with strategies and tactics in drafting arbitration documents under the ICC Rules. The workshop will include drafting sessions and interactive discussions with renowned arbitrators and practitioners of ICC arbitration aimed at providing a greater understanding of ICC arbitration practice. Who is this workshop designed for? Legal directors and corporate counsels from companies involved in international commercial arbitration; magistrates; practicing lawyers; legal practitioners advising international trading companies and Business people involved in international trade and dispute resolution. Working methods Study of a mock case within working groups limited to 10 participants. Debate amongst participants and speakers during interactive plenary sessions. The number of participants will be limited to ensure maximum participation. CLE / MCLE credits and CPD hours ICC Events is eligible for CLE credit under New York s approved jurisdiction procedures, is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider, and is a Law Society and the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales External CPD Course Provider. Cancellation charge 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing before 10 May 2007. Cancellations after this date are not refundable.
