Full Planning $3500 + HST I help design, coordinate, and execute your wedding from start to finish, always in consultation with you to understand your needs and dreams. SERVICE BREAKDOWN - Everything in the Month of Coordination package plus: - Assistance in venue selection and attendance at site visits - Budget preparation, allocation and management - Vendor recommendations and assisting in the selection of vendors - Reviewing all vendor contracts - Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between now and the wedding - Full development of the wedding style you have chosen - Attending all vendor appointments - Handling follow-ups with all vendors - Attending appointment with clergy (in discussing actual ceremony), if desired - Supervision of wedding rehearsal - Supervision of ceremony set up - Supervision of reception set up - On site direction of wedding ceremony - Supervision of wedding photo session following ceremony - On site direction of wedding reception, until close of the evening - An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost

Perhaps you have your venue booked but are looking for vendor recommendations and assistance managing the rest of your wedding plans. For this service I am able to step in at whatever stage in the planning process you are at and provide guidance. Month of Co-ordination $1200 + HST Having assistance on the day of your wedding will allow you to sit back and enjoy all your planning and relish each moment of the celebration. SERVICE BREAKDOWN - We meet a month before your wedding to create a detailed day-of schedule including timing, decor set up, and room layouts - At this meeting, you supply me with a list of vendors and emergency numbers - One week before your wedding I will contact vendors to confirm timing and location - One day before your wedding I will contact vendors to confirm timing and location - One week before your wedding I meet with you to go over the seating chart and any last minute details - We d d i n g d a y I w i l l a r r i v e a t t h e c e r e m o n y f o r s e t u p, t o g r e e t v e n d o r s (m a k e s u r e t h e y are on time), put out any needed elements (flowers, programmes, candles, decorations, etc.) - I will set up the reception space and organize any special elements you have planned - O n c e t h e b r i d a l p a r t y a r r i v e s I w i l l d o a o n c e o v e r w i t h e v e r y o n e, p i n b o u t o n n i e r e s o n, lint brush, fluff up dress etc. - I will check all the linens, silverware, glasses and make sure bathroom is stocked and clean - I am the main contact for all vendors to answer any questions so you will not be bothered - If anything is running late or early, I will adjust the timelines as needed and advise vendors of changes - An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost

Frequently Asked Questions What is WPICC? This stands for Wedding Planners Institute of Canada certified. WPIC Certified Wedding Coordinators are held to higher standards than your regular planners. We take this industry seriously, so seriously that we have been trained and formally educated in Wedding Coordination. Graduates of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada must abide to a Code of Ethics. How can I reach you? Phone, text, email, or coffee date I make myself available whenever you need a chat. Do I have an assistant on the day? I do indeed. An assistant is included in all my packages at no extra cost. What is the deposit? For Month-of Coordination deposit is $300 and for Full Planning $700. What forms of payment do you take? Cheque or electronic money transfer works perfectly. Do you have a limited amount of times we can meet in person for Full Wedding Planning? Certainly not! I actually love to have face-to-face meetings with my clients as I find they are the most productive. Does Full Planning include the coordination of showers, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or rehearsal dinner? These events are not included in the full wedding planning package; I would be happy to create a custom proposal for you including the planning of these occasions.
