Successful tenderer/s shall deposit the entire quoted amount excluding EMD within fifteen (15) working days of acceptance of the tender by way of Bankers cheque / Demand draft drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India (payable at Mumbai) and take delivery of the vehicle. He will have to submit the separate demand draft / pay order of each car. 11. All necessary forms for transfer of ownership shall be brought by the successful tenderer and the same shall be submitted to the Regional Transport Authority concerned. All related cost will be borne by the successful tenderer. 12. Tenders received without the required Earnest Money Deposit will be rejected. 13. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall be in the form of either Bankers cheque or Demand Draft only drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India and payable at Mumbai. No interest is payable on the EMD. 14. The Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited if the successful tenderer does not remit the quoted amount within fifteen (15) working days of acceptance of the tender. The quotation shall be valid for fifteen (15) working days from the date of opening of the quotation. 15. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason therefor. The decision of the Bank in the matter shall be final and binding on all the tenderers. 16.
