Lance Seitz is asking the participating cities to help promote the yard sale along this 160 mile route. Lance Seitz will advertise this yard sale extensively along the West Coast in newspapers, by radio, T.V. and Internet. Lance

PAGE 2 Seitz expects that this event could grow to 5,000 or more people, so it can be good exposure for our area. Lance Seitz s goal is to help boost the local economy. Randy Yard commented that there is nothing to lose and everything to gain. The Main Street committee has a yard sale annually on Memorial Day weekend, and the Council does not want to encroach on their yard sale. Approximately $1500 was approved for the trip. When Mr. Desai asked for an explanation of the selection of those who were invited for the trip, Tim Smith informed Mr. Desai that those who were invited were members of the council and the Main Street committee and citizens who had demonstrated behaviors that help promote Panguitch.
