New procedures in the Insurance Market Basic Summary in the Insurance Market from Bank of Greece From 05 May 2014 automatic renewal of car insurance contracts is forbidden. Contracts need to be paid in advance to be renewed and considered valid. Based on New instructions imposed by Bank of Greece all premiums collected from intermediaries in cash need to be deposited to the Insurance companies on the last business day of the week at the latest. Current practice implemented Taxipliromi is mostly used for the renewal policies and is sent days in advance to the end customer. The contract can be issued after a payment has been made referencing the Taxipliromi For the new policies Pay & Print (Plirono & Tipono) System is used. When intermediaries print a policy they are obliged to proceed with the payments towards the Insurance company on the last business day of the week at the latest. FDH POGO solution is aligned with the New regulatory framework Pogo solution entails direct payment from the client by debit or credit card on the fly and money flows directly to Insurance corporate account Intermediaries are not involved in the money flow process and therefore solution is fully aligned with the New framework. The solution also guarantees that the contract is paid 7

Pogo> works with a card reader that can read Chip & PIN payment cards like a regular POS terminal. The Pogo> app is available at Google Play or the App Store and the card reader is fully compatible with Android and ios devices. Mobile Cloud Service www Merchant Portal It takes only a few minutes to apply for Pogo services through the Pogo Merchant Portal 8

How does Pogo> work? Setting up Pogo> 1 2 3 4 Successful applicants register with Pogo> by creating an account via the Pogo> Merchant Portal. Download the Pogo> mobile app from either Google Play or AppStore. Install application on smart device Synchronize the card reader with the smart device (Bluetooth connectivity). 9

How does Pogo> work? Using Pogo> 5 6 7 8 Item details (e.g. price, description, quantity) can be entered either manually or automatically. Item payment screen appears Insert the payment card into the card reader and enter the PIN number using the reader s keyboard. After payment an electronic receipt can be forwarded to the customer via email. 10
