Photocard provided by Touch n Go Sdn Bhd ( TNGSB ) is an electronic purse that may be used to pay for toll usage at all highways in Malaysia, major public transportation services in Klang Valley, selected parking sites, and selected retail and food outlets and theme park. It is a product that allows you to personalize the cards with your own favorite photo (photo or graphic used is subject to terms and conditions). Photocard services are available at selected Touch n Go Hubs; The Sphere Bangsar South, KL Sentral and Wisma Nufri, Johor Bahru. Please refer to our website www.touchngo.com.my or call 03-2714 8888 for more details. 2. What are the fees and charges I have to pay? Card price RM20 per card (without reload value) Annual fee Not Applicable Joining fee; if any Not Applicable Card Replacement Fee RM10 per card (without reload value). Free of charge within 1 year from date of purchase, due to manufacturing defect only and will be replaced with Touch n Go Generic card. TNGSB will not replace defected card due to others reasons. Please keep your receipt as a proof of purchase. What are the key terms of this product? RM10.00 per card (Card is not presented upon refund due to lost or stolen) You are reminded to register your card via TNGSB website at www.touchngo.com.my or TNGSB Careline at 03-2714 8888 to protect against theft or loss of card. To avoid card deactivation/dormant and imposition of dormant fee, please ensure minimum usage of once a year. The maximum card limit or maximum reload value of a card is RM1, 500.00 at any one time. Card Serial No. and Expiry Date are indicated on the card. 4. What are the major risks? In the event that your card is stolen or lost, there is a possibility of unauthorized usage. You should notify TNGSB immediately and TNGSB will assist you in ceasing the account, as your card may still be used by any unauthorized third party. TNGSB shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of card. 5. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details? It is important that you inform us of any changes in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner. 6. Where can I get further information? Photocard" adalah produk keluaran Touch n Go Sdn Bhd ( TNGSB ) merupakan dompet elektronik yang boleh digunakan untuk pembayaran tol di semua lebuh raya di Malaysia, perkhidmatan pengangkutan awam utama di Lembah Klang, kawasan parkir terpilih, kedai runcit dan kedai makan serta taman tema yang terpilih.
