WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT ABOUT? This payment instrument allows you to pay for goods or services rendered by the participating merchants by debiting your deposit account with R H B Bank. Easy - Kad Debit-i will provide an instant access to you as the process is simpler, easier and most importantly provide convenience for you as the Easy - Kad Debit-i can be issued instantly. The Easy Kad Debit-i carries Visa brand that functions as a Bankcard in which you can use it to withdraw cash at ATMs nationwide and to conduct purchase transactions at worldwide merchant outlets that accepts VISA using your own funds rather than making purchase on credit. Easy - Kad Debiti deposit account is required to be opened that allows the connection to the Easy - Kad Debiti. If you close your Easy- Kad Debit-i Account, your Easy Debit Card-i shall be automatically cancelled and terminated. 2. WHAT ARE THE FEES AND CHARGES I HAVE TO PAY? WHAT IS THE SHARIAH CONCEPT APPLICABLE? The Shariah concept applicable to Easy-Kad Debit-i is Ujrah. Ujrah is a fee payable for certain services, benefits and privileges rendered. 4. WHAT ARE THE KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS? Pre-authorisation for payment using Easy-Kad Debit-i. Pre-authorisation amount of RM200 will be charged to your payment instrument account / banking account when you make a payment using your Easy-Kad Debit-i at automated fuel dispenser. We will only post the exact amount of transaction and release any extra hold amount from your account within 3 working days after the transaction date. To turn off the contactless function of Easy-Kad Debit-i. Customers have the option of turning off the contactless function by visiting any RHB Branch. To reduce the contactless amount or count for Easy-Kad Debit-i. Customers have the option of reducing the contactless amount or contactless count by visiting any RHB Branch or by contacting our Customer Care Center. 1

5. WHAT IF I FAIL TO FULFILL MY OBLIGATIONS? You will be held liable for PIN-based unauthorized transactions if you have: acted fraudulently; delayed in notifying us as soon as reasonable practicable after having discovered the loss of unauthorized use of your debit card; voluntarily disclosed your PIN to another person; or recorded your PIN on the debit card, or on anything kept in close proximity with your debit card. You will be held liable for any unauthorized transactions which require signature verification or with contactless card, if you have: acted fraudulently; delayed in notifying us as soon as reasonable practicable after having discovered the loss of unauthorized use of your debit card; left your debit card or an item containing your debit card, unattended in places visible and accessible to other; or voluntarily allowed another person to use your debit card 6. WHAT ARE THE MAJOR RISKS? In the event that your card is stolen or lost, you are required to notify us immediately by calling our Customer Care Centre or to go to the nearest RHB Islamic Bank in order for us to block the card immediately. 7. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO MY CONTACT DETAILS? Inform us of any change in your contact details by going to any of our branches. Easy - Kad Debit-i membawa jenama Visa yang berfungsi sebagai Bankcard di mana anda boleh menggunakannya untuk mengeluarkan wang tunai di ATM di seluruh negara dan untuk menjalankan transaksi pembelian di kedai saudagar di seluruh dunia yang menerima VISA, dengan menggunakan dana anda sendiri berbanding membuat pembelian secara kredit. Amaun sebanyak RM200 untuk Dana Tertahan akan dikenakan ke atas akaun Perbankan / akaun pembayaran anda apabila anda membuat pembayaran mengunakan Easy - Kad Debiti anda untuk transaksi petrol. Jumlah sebenar transaksi akan dikenakan dan sebarang jumlah dana tertahan yang lebih akan dilepaskan dalam masa 3 hari bekerja selepas tarikh transaksi. Untuk menutup fungsi tanpa sentuh ( contactless ) untuk Easy - Kad Debit-i 3

Anda ada pilihan untuk menutup fungsi tanpa sentuh (contactless) melalui mana-mana Cawangan RHB Bank. Penurunan jumlah tanpa sentuh atau bilangan transaksi Easy - Kad Debit-i Anda ada pilihan samada untuk menurun jumlah tanpa sentuh atau bilangan transaksi melalui mana-mana Cawangan RHB atau menghubungi Pusat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan RHB. 5. BAGAIMANA SEKIRANYA SAYA GAGAL MEMENUHI OBLIGASI SAYA? Anda bertanggungjawab ke atas urus niaga tanpa kebenaran berasaskan PIN jika anda: Melakukan penipuan; Lewat memberitahu pihak Bank secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas mendapat tahu kehilangan penggunaan tanpa kebenaran ke atas Kad Debit anda; Secara sukarela mendedahkan PIN kepada orang lain; atau Merekodkan PIN anda pada Kad Debit anda atau pada apa-apa yang disimpan berdekatan. Anda bertanggungjawab ke atas urus niaga tanpa kebenaran yang memerlukan pengesahan tandatangan atau dengan kad tanpa sentuh jika anda: Melakukan penipuan; Lewat memberitahu pihak Bank secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas mendapat tahu kehilangan penggunaan tanpa kebenaran ke atas Kad Debit anda; Merekodkan PIN anda pada Kad Debit anda atau pada apa-apa yang disimpan berdekatan meninggalkan kad debit anda atau item yang mengandungi kad debit anda tanpa jagaan di tempat-tempat yang boleh dilihat dan boleh diakses kepada yang lain; atau secara sukarela membenarkan orang lain menggunakan kad debit anda 6. APAKAH RISIKO UTAMA? Sekiranya kad debit anda hilang atau dicuri, anda dikehendaki memberitahu kami dengan serta-merta dengan menghubungi Pusat Perkhidmatan Pelanggan atau pergi ke mana-mana cawangan bank yang terdekat supaya kami dapat menghalang penggunaan kad tersebut dengan serta-merta. 7.
