Why Millionaires? This is the 9th running of the Keyline Rally If our fundraising is true to form, this is the rally to hit the 1million raised for Prostate Cancer UK
Key Dates & Times Wednesday 27th June Meet at Keyline HQ Swan Valley 9-10am The grand depart at 10.45am Dover to Calais ferry check in at 2pm Drive to hotel near Reims/Nancy, arriving approx 9pm Thursday 28th June Depart hotel at 7-7.30am Arrive at campsite near Chambéry/Grenoble approx 7pm Friday 29th June Depart campsite at 6-6.30am Arrive at hotel in Monaco, arriving approx 7pm Saturday 30th June Depart hotel at 7-8am Arrive at campsite near Dijon, arriving approx 7pm Sunday 1st July Depart campsite at 6-6.30am Arrive at Calais ferry terminal, check in approx 1.30pm
The Adventure Wednesday Start in Northampton, at Keyline HQ in Swan Valley Take the ferry from Dover to Calais Overnight rest stop in France Thursday & Friday The long and winding countryside, with an overnight campsite, then mountain roads to the home of wealth, the rich and the famous, Monaco Saturday & Sunday Journey home, taking in the beautiful French countryside, via an overnight in a quaint French campsite Supported again by a crack squad of breakdown support and campsite caterers

Entry conditions Entries will be accepted from any part of the TP group, suppliers and customers The car criteria is: Should be worth no more than 1500 Be defined as a classic Over 25 years old Minimum of 2 drivers (fee for each additional driver) Pledge to raise 1000+ for Prostate Cancer UK
Raising funds We expect each car to raise a minimum of 1000 sponsorship for PCUK. You will need to agree to set up a JustGiving/Virgin Money fundraising page. This means that PCUK can benefit from gift aid, and it makes our admin a lot easier! To create your page click here or visit JustGiving.com Under Charity, click on Start Fundraising In the search box type prostate cancer and press search Select Prostate Cancer UK Select Personal Challenge Under event type select something else In the event name include Keyline Rally 2018 this helps us find the page. What s included in the entry fee? Return ferry crossings, Dover - Calais - Dover Hotel accommodation for 2 nights in France/Monaco Hotel rooms are twins, no individual rooms available, we hope you get on well with your co-driver! Campsite fees for 2 nights Route guidance and a driver pack Sponsors sticker pack including GB sticker Rally T-Shirts A party with dinner and drinks Breakdown support vehicles
What s not included? The cost of your car Fuel Insurance Breakdown cover Toll fees Fines A tent for you and your co-driver Fancy dress Campsite food and drinks ( 20 will be collected per head at the start of the rally)
Frequently Asked Questions Q. What if there are more entries than places? A. We have 40 spaces available so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Q. What if we want to bring more than two people in our car? A. This is fine, but an additional fee will need to be paid, and confirmed by 30th November. Q. How long will we be driving for? A. Expect long days of early starts, around 3-400 miles and 10 hours of driving a day plus stops.
Frequently Asked Questions Cont. Q. Is there an age limit? A. Minimum age is 18, no upper age limit. Q. What happens if we break down? A. We do have support who can provide limited assistance, but you will need your own breakdown/recovery cover. First call is to the support crew. Q. What insurance do we need? A. You must let your insurer know of your intention to drive around Europe.
Rally conditions summary Cars must be road legal - taxed and Mot d Cars must be insured to drive in Europe. Each car needs at least two drivers, extra fees for more than two. Repatriation breakdown insurance must be in place. Cars must raise a minimum 1000 for our charity PCUK. Sat navs are banned!
Legal stuff It s your responsibility to make sure your vehicle is legal at all times, and you must drive within the laws of the country you are driving in. Careful and respectful driving is required during the adventure and during your journey home. You are responsible for understanding and adhering to local laws at all times. We will issue country specific requirements in the driver pack but it remains your own personal responsibility.
