Certify and ensure that a current cpy f the Bylaws is maintained in the crprate ffice. Affix the seal, as authrized by the Bylaws r as required by law, t duly executed dcuments f the crpratin. Perfrm any ther duties required by the Bylaws, Articles f Organizatin, r the law. As Treasurer Serve as financial fficer f the rganizatin. Wrk with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer t ensure that accurate financial recrds are maintained and that apprpriate financial reprts are made available t the Bard n a timely basis.
