EVENT OVERVIEW A growing body of research shows that gender-diverse teams lead to improved corporate performance and better investor outcomes. Although the business case for gender diversity is well established, women are still underrepresented in the investment profession globally. The 2017 Alpha and Gender Diversity conference will offer the latest research on and best practices for improving diversity at investment firms as well as practical career insights, networking, and hands-on workshops for individual practitioners and team leaders to take their firms to the next level.
