Actin Plans 1. Wrk tward achieving the six identified institutinal metrics in rder t meet the Educatin Master Plan gal by 2020. (Standard I.B.3) In 2016, Cllege Cuncil asked the Academic Senate t take the lead in addressing six institutinal metrics that it seemed the cllege may nt meet by 2020. The Academic Senate has identified key stakehlders t develp plans fr imprving perfrmance n these metrics, including steps fr implementatin, mnitring and assessment f imprvement effrts. The stakehlders will present their plans t Cllege Cuncil and prvide a quarterly status reprt. 2. Increase training fr institutinal planning, prgram review and resurce allcatins. (Standard III.A.14) Wrk with the Office f Prfessinal Develpment and the planning and budget teams t prvide faculty and staff members with training and infrmatin abut the institutinal planning prcess, with the gals f imprving their understanding and increasing engagement in the prcess.

Actin Plans 3. Cntinue the cllege s cmmitment t Student Learning Outcmes wrk at all levels: SSLO, SLO, AUO, PLO and ILO. (Standard I.B.2) Make the data submissin prcess easier thrugh steps such as encuraging use f the Assignments feature in the TracDat system. Mre clsely align assessment requirements with the 5-year curriculum review prcess, s as t ensure cnsistent and nging assessment wrk Wrk with the TracDat develper t imprve reprts generated by the system. Prmte the need fr nging assessment cycles thrugh regularly scheduled wrkshps in cnjunctin with the Office f Prfessinal Develpment, as well as Opening Day activities and wrkshps, weekly drp-in help ffice hurs fr faculty, and the annual cnvcatin. 4. Cntinue t advance the cllege's cmmitment t equity. (Standard I.B.2) Develp and better integrate prgrams and services that directly address issues f equity amng ur students and within ur institutin, thrugh cllabratin between the ffices f Instructin and Student Services.

Actin Plans 5. Imprve the disseminatin f infrmatin frm the planning and budget teams (PBTs) t the campus cmmunity. (Standard IV.A.5) Under the directin f Cllege Cuncil, the Cllege Planning Cmmittee will lead an assessment f hw infrmatin is currently being disseminated and accessed by varius grups. Identify ways t imprve cmmunicatin befre and after prpsed changes take place, as well as cmmunicatin abut hw changes will impact ther areas. 6. Imprve crdinatin between the PBTs. (Standard I.B.9) Imprve integratin between the PBTs n matters such as resurce allcatin and hiring, s as t have a cllege-driven prcess in which members f Cllege Cuncil prvide leadership and guidance as ppsed t merely receiving infrmatin. This is aimed at helping the campus cmmunity better understand hw factrs such as hiring, reductins and prgram viability affect the cllege as a whle. Cllege Cuncil will serve as the lead fr integratin and ask fr a status update frm the PBTs at each meeting t increase the sharing and discussin f infrmatin.

Actin Prjects Actin Prject 1: Student Equity Gal: Create a cllegewide visin fr reaching equitable utcmes fr all student grups and a plan t achieve this visin. A cllegewide visin fr student equity will enable the cllege t fcus its effrts in ne directin with a clear plan fr achieving its gal. The plan wuld include a hlistic assessment f current practices and plicies, a review f what wrks natinally in rder t implement lcally, and a cllegewide cmmitment t the visin. Actin Prject 2: Integrated Planning and Cmmunicatin Gal: Develp better integratin between the planning and budget teams. By increasing integratin between the planning and budget teams, the cllege will increase pprtunities fr crss-campus dialgue abut resurce allcatins, hiring, prgram viability, Student Learning Outcmes assessment and ther imprtant issues. Better integratin will prduce greater transparency, make prcesses mre effective and ultimately cntribute t better student utcmes. Implementatin activities and timelines are listed in the reprt.
