TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL ARRANGEMENTS The following Terms and conditions define the conditions under which apartment bookings could be made on www.gokrakow.pl. Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting the Terms of Service. Before making a reservation the user accepts the Terms of Service by marking the specific field. RESERVATION To make a reservation the guest should fill out the reservation form provided on the website. To secure the apartment the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the total rental costs. The payment can be transferred to the bank account provided in the e-mail approving the reservation, paid by credit card or by e-payments, depending on the method of payment chosen on the website. The contract made between the owner and the guest comprises only and exclusively the act of renting. Travel arrangements, food service, parking place are the guest's responsibility. The total rental costs can be calculated on each apartment page of the website. The price contains: utilities (gas, water, electricity), initial cleaning, clean sheets, towels and taxes. The total rental costs include utilities (gas, electricity, water) as well as the final cleaning service. The owner will not charge any additional fees other than those specified on the apartments page. The owner can offer other services additonally paid, but the range and price of such services should be arranged with the owner individually. Bank transfer In case of bank transfers, the guest is automatically sent an e-mail approving their reservation with a booking deposit. The e-mail contains the bank account details into which the deposit must be transferred within 24 hours from the moment of making a reservation. Having transferred the deposit to the bank account, the guest must confirm the payment by clicking on the specific link provided in the e-mail approving their reservation with a booking deposit. Failure to confirm the payment within 24 hours cancels the reservation, but there is a possibility of using it at another time. In the moment of crediting the deposit to the account of the owner the rental contract between the GO!Krakow and the guest is concluded. E-payments In case of e-payments, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours from the moment of making the reservation by clicking on the specific link and filling the form. Failure to make a e- payment within 24 hours cancels the reservation. In the moment of receiving the payment by the owner the rental contract between the owner and the guest is concluded.
After receiving the deposit the guest is sent a confirmation of the payment, an e-mail with all check-in and check-out details, in particular information about receiving the keys. Credit card payments and e-transfers are made via e-card online payments. RESERVATION AMENDMENTS Changing the date of stay The guests can change the dates of their reservation as long as the change concerns the same property and the length of stay remains the same. The change can be made up to 14 days ahead of the scheduled arrival date. In case of changing the date from a non-season to season, the difference in the cost will be added. The client is obliged to pay the difference before the arrival. Changing in the number of occupants The number of occupants may be changed. In order to make the change, the guest should contact GO!Krakow by phone or by e-mail. The change of number of occupants may involve the differences in price. The new price is calculated according to the rates effective on the day of the change. Prolongation of stay The guest can add nights to their booking. In order to prolong their stay the guest should contact GO!Krakow by phone or by e-mail. ARRIVAL, KEY COLLECTION, DEPARTUE One day before the arrival or earlier, the guest is obliged to inform GO!Krakow about their planned arrival time in order to collect the keys. The guest can check-in from 3 p.m. on the arrival day and must check out by 11 a.m. on the departure day. If the guest is not able to arrive at the previously arranged time, he is obliged to contact GO!Krakow by phone. FORCE MAJEURE Substitute acomodation In case of circumstances beyond the owner's reasonable control and when the owners, guests and guests property safety will not be able to be provided, the owners reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The total amount of money paid by the guest will be returned
upon deduction of the amount charged for the service already payed or the owner provide substitute accommodation similar to the one originally booked. No arriving to the apartment If the guest is not able to arrive at the previously arranged time, they are obliged to contact GO!Krakow by phone. However, not previously cancelled reservation (not coming at the arranged time and place) does not exempt the client from the total reservation fee if this is not the fault of GO!Krakow (shorter stay, delay of arrival, other events of fate). Cancel of reservation In case of canceling the reservation below 14 days to the date of arrival, the total amount of money paid by the guest will not be returned, but there is a possibility of using the reservation at another time. OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST The number of occupants The number of occupants of the property is limited by the number specified in the booking details on www.gokrakow.pl. Extra occupants ought to be agreed with GO!Krakow and they are chargeable. Quiet hours and cleaning in the apartment Quiet hours apply strictly from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m., organising social events in the apartment is prohibited. Client is obliged to use apartment within its intended purpose and to keep and return the apartment in the same condition as at the time of check-in. The guest is required to wash the used dishes and kitchen equipment. Smoking and pets The apartments are completely non-smoking. Pets are not alowed. Any violation of these prohibitions will result in putting appropriate charges on the customer. Valuables GO!Krakow is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelery or other valuables left unattended in the apartment. Guests are requested to secure valuable things.
Key loose In case of losing keys to the apartment, the Client is obliged to inform about that fact GO!Krakow as well as to pay a fee for the chaning of the lock. Bail and pre-authorize of the card GO!Krakow reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided during the booking or at check-in or collect a cash on account of a security deposit. The deposit is refundable within 3 days after check-out, if there is no damage in the apartment and the total amount for the stay (including penalties set out in the Regulation) is paid. Customer bears material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices arrisiong in apartament during his stay. In the case of causing damage mentioned above registered is required to immediately report that fact at the GO!Krakow, in particular made to pay for the damage and destruction. In case of damage or excessive dirt of the apartament/towels/bedding or assert state after smoking a cigarette in the apartment after checking out, Palace Apartments Krakow reserves the right to withhold brought security deposit or to charge credit card given in the reservation with the amount covering the costs of repair, dearomatisation and losses. SPECIAL DEALS All guests who use the www.gokrakow.pl reservation system become part of the loyalty program. In case of completing a stay booked through the system, the guest will receive a discount code entitling them to a discount for every subsequent reservation made in the system by means of said code (promotion exclude reservation portals). The guest can use the code for themselves or give it to any other person who may want to take advantage of the discount. Through the reservation system and under special conditions the owner of the property can offer lower rates in comparison with a standard price for a specific stay. The information about special prices and conditions is specified on the apartment page on www.gokrakow.pl. TRANSFERRING THE GUEST'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO ANOTHER PERSON Before the stay the guest may transfer all the rights of their reservation to another person on condition that the person accepts all the duties resulting from the reservation. The guest is obliged to contact GO!Krakow immediately to inform them about the change and to give the contact details of the person who will assume the rights and duties of the rental contract. FREE ACCOMODATION FOR CHILDREN The stay of children up to 4 years sharing a bed with the adults or sleeping in a cot is free of charge.
Children over the age of 4 who sleep in extra bed pay the whole amount, exluding cases the stay of children on existing beds with adults. Then it's free of charge. While making a reservation the guest states the number of adults and children. The children's age must be provided. COMPLAINTS AND JURISDICTION In the event of irregularities, the client has the right to file a complaint within 14 days of the occurrence. In case of any conflicts between the owner and the guest the Polish law is applicable. All legal proceedings shall be conducted by the competent court with a territorial jurisdiction covering the area where the owner has their headquarters, excluding rental contracts with consumers. In the event of any discrepancies between the two language versions, the basis for the interpretation of this dokument shall be the Polish version. The English version is for information purposes only. PERSONAL DATA When making a reservation, the customer confirms that he read and accepts the Terms and Regulations, as well as agrees to include his personal datas in the database of Go!Krakow and to process them for marketing and registration purpose in accordance with the Law of 29.08.1997. Protection of Personal Data. (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002., Item 926 as amended. D.). Registered has the right to change them.
