1 SCORPION LAWYER DEFENDS WIDOW S RIGHT TO BURY HER HUSBAND! 2 Mrs. Nozukho Toti took care of her sick husband of 11 years until he eventually passed away in hospital, leaving Mrs. Toti devastated. While making preparations for the funeral a woman named Dudu Khoza came forward. She claimed that she was the late Mr. Toti s real wife! 3 What?! A High court application?! Please help me. i have to appear in court tomorrow and i don t even have an attorney! He and his team worked furiously to find proof that Mrs. Toti had the legal right to bury her husband as she wished and claim his pension. They also found proof that Mr. Toti wanted to divorce Dudu Khoza but had given up trying to do so because she had been uncooperative with the process. 5 6 The next day Mr. Halday met with Dudu Khoza s attorneys and presented the facts so convincingly that they conceded defeat and dropped the case. Mrs. Toti was able to keep the pension money and bury her husband in peace! The opposing side learnt the hard way that when you mess with a tough Scorpion lawyer, you get stung!
