Minimum Pre-qualification Criteria: a) The Contractor shall have minimum 7 years experience in the field of interior and civil work of office premises. b) The average financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31 ST MARCH 2015 should be Rs 10 lakhs per year. The Balance sheet certified by CA to be produce. c) The firm should have technical set up with adequate organisational structure comprising skilled staff having knowledge and experience to supervise such type of works and also adequate number of civil & Electrical Engineer/supervisor/electrician etc d) The firm should have adequate equipment required for work of such magnitude. e) The firm must have minimum experience of having successfully executed air condition work (i) at least 3 similar projects costing minimum Rs.5 lakh each. The firm should also have experience in handling projects of interior works of Govt / Public Sector Undertakings / Nationalised Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse report about their firm. or (ii) at least 2 similar projects costing minimum Rs.7 lakh each. The firm should also have experience in handling projects of interior works of Govt / Public Sector Undertakings / Nationalised Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse report about their firm. or (iii) at least 1 similar project costing minimum Rs.10 lakh. The firm should also have experience in handling projects of interior works of Govt / Public Sector Undertakings / Nationalised Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse report about their firm. The firm should submit the certificate of proof of having executed air condition works as given in para (e) above in the prescribed format only failing which it may be treated that they have not completed such works.

f) The firm should have a proper office infrastructure in Mumbai. g) The firm / company should have registration with service tax, VAT, PF, ESIC and Prof.Tax. h) The firm should produce returns of Service tax, VAT, IT, for the last three years. INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS 1. Intending Applicants are required to submit their applications in the prescribed format and with full particulars, giving details about their organisation, experience, technical personnel in their organisation, which will be kept confidential. 2. While deciding upon the pre-qualification of contractor emphasis will be given on the ability and competence of applicants to do good quality work within the specified time schedule. 3. Each page of the application shall be signed. The application shall be signed by person/persons on behalf of the organisation having necessary authorisation / Power of Attorney to do so. 4. If the space in the proforma is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be supplemented on separate sheets of paper, stating therein the part of the proforma and serial number. Separate sheets shall be used for each part, and a proper reference with page number must be indicated in the main form of application. The applicant should, however, enclose the application form collected from the Bank or downloaded from website along with the application. 5. Applications containing false and/or inadequate information will be liable for rejection. 6. 7. The minimum general Pre-qualification criteria shall be as stipulated on page 3 of this Form. However, mere fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria will not entitle Pre-qualification as pre-qualification will be done after taking into account various parameters including receipt of satisfactory reports from clients. 8. Applicants shall furnish documentary evidence / certificates in support of their claim of work undertaken and work in hand, failing which the application will be liable for rejection. 9. Decision of the Bank in regard to pre-qualification of contractor shall be final. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereto.
