UOBM PRVI Miles Card Terms and Conditions Effective 1 January General These terms and conditions ( Terms and Conditions ) shall apply to United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd s (271809-K) ( UOBM ) PRVI Miles Card issued by UOBM to UOBM PRVI Miles Cardholders ( Cardmembers ). These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the UOB VISA/MASTERCARD Cardmember Agreement ( Cardmember Agreement ) For the avoidance of doubt, "Cardmembers" shall mean both principal and supplementary Cardmembers. Unless defined differently in these Terms and Conditions, words and expressions used in these Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning as in the Cardmember Agreement. UOBM reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to decide on all matters pertaining to the award and/or use of any or all of the benefits and privileges stated herein and UOBM s decision shall be final and binding on the Cardmembers. The benefits and privileges described below may be amended, supplemented or revoked by UOBM at any time at UOBM s sole and absolute discretion. UOBM PRVI Miles Rewards Programme 1. The following are the rewards awarded under UOBM PRVI Miles Card ( Rewards Programme ): (a) Plaza Premium Lounge Access ( PPL Access ) (i) The PPL Access is valid from 1 January to 31 December (both dates inclusive). (ii) The principal Cardmembers shall have access to one of the following Plaza Premium Lounges once every calendar month: (1) Kuala Lumpur International Airport ( KLIA ); (2) Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 ( KLIA 2 ); (3) Langkawi International Airport; (4) Penang International Airport; (5) Kota Kinabalu International Airport; and (6) Kuching International Airport.

(iii) The PPL Access shall be awarded to any existing principal Cardmember who has spent a total minimum amount of RM500 per month for the past three (3) months. Illustration: Cardmember A Cardmember B Month Total Monthly Spend Total Monthly Spend April RM 650 RM 300 May RM 520 RM 515 June RM 560 RM 700 July Entitled to PPL Access Not entitled to PPL Access Cardmember A is entitled to PPL Access in July as he/she has spent a minimum of RM500 per month for the past three (3) months. Cardmember B is not entitled to PPL Access as he/she did not spend a minimum of RM500 in the month of April. (iv) New principal Cardmembers have to spend a minimum amount of RM500 within sixty (60) days from the Card approval date in order to be entitled to the PPL Access in the following month after expiry of the sixty (60) days period. Upon gaining PPL Access in the following month, the principal Cardmembers have to spend a minimum amount of RM500 in that particular month to be entitled to the PPL Access in the month thereafter. Illustration: Month Total Monthly Spend Within sixty (60) days from the Card approval date RM 500 (1 st and 2 nd Month) 3 rd Month Entitled to PPL Access 4 th Entitled to PPL Access if the Cardmember has Month spent a minimum of RM500 in the 3 rd month (v) For the avoidance of doubt, the total monthly spend of RM500 may be a combination of spend by both principal and supplementary Cardmembers. However, only the principal Cardmembers are entitled to the PPL Access. (vi) The principal Cardmember is only allowed to extend the PPL Access to his/her supplementary Cardmember and/or accompanying guest(s) at 50% discount of the respective Plaza Premium Lounges published rates. (vii) A total of forty (40) PPL Accesses will be allocated every day on a first-come, first-serve basis. Subject to Clause (iii) and (iv) above, each principal Cardmember is eligible to only

one (1) PPL Access every month. Any access exceeding the monthly quota will be chargeable at 50% of the respective Plaza Premium Lounges published rates. (viii) The Bank reserves the right to charge back 50% of the respective Plaza Premium Lounges published rates to the principal Cardmember s UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account if: (a) the principal Cardmember exceeded the monthly access quota of one (1) access as set out in Clause 1(a)(i) above; (b) the principal Cardmember did not meet the spend criteria as set out in Clause 1(a)(iii) or Clause 1(a)(iv) above; or (c) the supplementary Cardmember entered any of the Plaza Premium Lounges without being charged by the respective Plaza Premium Lounge. (ix) The calculation of the monthly minimum spend of RM500 shall exclude the items in Clause 2 below. (b) UNIRinggit Reward Points ( UNIRM Points ) (i) 1X UNIRM Point will be awarded for any spend using UOBM PRVI Miles Card except for the items stated in Clause 2 below. (ii) The UNIRM Points accumulated by both the principal and supplementary Cardmembers will be credited into the principal Cardmember s UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account and will be reflected in the principal Cardmember s monthly Statement of Account. (iii) The total UNIRM Points earned each month will be reflected in the principal Cardmember s monthly Statement of Account. In the event the system supporting this automated process becomes unavailable, the UNIRM Points earned will be manually fulfilled and reflected in the principal Cardmember s Statement of Account in the following month. (iv) Any accumulated UNIRM Points including UNIRM Points which are pending crediting into the principal Cardmember s UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account shall immediately cease to be valid upon occurrence of any of the following: (a) Any cancellation of UOBM PRVI Miles Card; (b) Any conversion from UOBM PRVI Miles Card to any other UOBM Credit Cards; or (c) UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account becomes delinquent as may be determined by UOBM. (v) The UNIRM Points are non-transferable to any other party and not exchangeable for other goods or cash.

(vi) The UNIRM Points earned by the principal and supplementary Cardmembers have no monetary value. (c) 5X UNIRinggit Reward Points for Overseas Spend, Airlines, Hotels and Travel Agencies ( 5X UNIRM Reward Points ) (i) The 5X UNIRM Reward Points Programme is valid from 1 January to 31 December (both dates inclusive). (ii) Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the principal and supplementary Cardmembers will be entitled to 5X UNIRM for every RM1.00 spend for overseas spend, airlines, hotels and travel agencies ( Eligible Spend ) that is charged and debited to their UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account. The Eligible Spend shall consist of any spend in any of the spend categories set out in the 1 st column of Table A below ( Eligible Spend Category ): Table A: Eligible Spend Merchant Category Code Category ( MCC ) / Currency Code Overseas Currency Code (including but not limited to the currencies listed below): SGD Singaporean Dollar CNY Chinese Yuan GBR Great Britain Pound JPY Japanese Yen HKD Hong Kong Dollar USD US Dollar EUR Euro AUD Australian Dollar NZD New Zealand Dollar Airlines 3000-3298 4511 Hotels 3501-3999 7011 Description of Eligible Spend Any payment (including online transactions) made outside Malaysia and/or in currency other than Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) Airlines, Air Carriers Lodging Hotels, Motels, Resorts Lodging Hotels, Motels, Resorts, Central Reservation Services (Not Elsewhere Classified) 7012 Timeshares Travel Agencies 4722 Travel Agencies and Tour Operators

(iii) The 5X UNIRM to be awarded is limited for a combined Eligible Spend amount of RM3,000 by both the principal and supplementary Cardmembers in every month. Every subsequent RM1.00 spend beyond the said Eligible Spend amount will be awarded with 1X UNIRM Points under the UNIRinggit Rewards Points as set out in Clause 1(b)(i). (v) For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Spend made by the supplementary Cardmembers will be combined with the principal Cardmember s Eligible Spend, but the UNIRM will be credited to the principal Cardmember s UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account. (vi) The determination on whether the maximum UNIRM awarded for the Eligible Spend is met shall be based on the date the charges are processed by UOBM and debited to the principal Cardmember s UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account and not the date the Eligible Spend transaction made by the principal or supplementary Cardmember. (vii) The monthly UNIRM payout is capped at the amount set out in Table C below throughout the Rewards Programme Period which will be awarded on a first-come, firstserve basis. UOBM does not have any obligation to inform any Cardmember should the monthly UNIRM payout reach the maximum payout limit

The UNIRM will be reflected in the monthly Statement of Account that follows after the date of the crediting of UNIRM. (x) UOBM reserves the right: (a) to forfeit the UNIRM in the event there is a reversal of Eligible Spend entry or the termination of the Cardmembers UOBM PRVI Miles Card prior to the UNIRM being credited into the Cardmembers UOBM PRVI Miles Card Account, or noncompliance or breach of these Terms and Conditions or UOB Visa/MasterCard Cardmember Agreement or UNIRinggit Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions with prior notice without assigning any reason; (b) to substitute the UNIRinggit with any other product of similar or lower value with prior notice; or

(c) to withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate earlier the 5X UNIRM Rewards Programme prior to the expiry of the 5X UNIRM Programme Period in whole or in part, at any time with prior notice at its absolute discretion. (d) RM100 Cash Back on Your Rides ( Cash Back ) (i) The Cash Back is valid from 1 December 2016 to 31 December (both dates inclusive). (ii) Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Cardmembers who use their UOBM PRVI Miles Card overseas and fulfill the eligibility criteria below shall be entitled to receive RM50 or RM100 cash back on their KLIA Ekspres, Grab or Uber rides ( Rides ) as follows: Eligibility Criteria Cash Back Process 1. Make a minimum of three (3) overseas retail purchases in foreign currency (excluding "card not present" purchases such as online purchases and mail/phone order) and charge the purchases to their UOBM PRVI Miles Card. The overseas retail purchases must be made within seven (7) calendar days before or after the Rides. 2. Book the Rides with the following Service Providers ( Service Providers ) and charge the cost of the Rides to their UOBM PRVI Miles Card: MCC Service Providers Minimum Transaction Amount (RM) 4011 EXPRESS RAIL LINK 50 4121 UBER BV 50 4121 GRAB COM 50 1. The principal Cardmembers are not allowed to bring forward their entitlement in any month or accumulate their number of overseas retail purchases in different months. The overseas retail purchases may be made by both principal and supplementary Cardmembers. However, the Cash Back will be credited to the principal Cardmember s Card account. The Cardmember whose Card account is in good standing as determined by UOBM shall be eligible to participate in this Cash Back Rewards Programme. If the Cardmember s Card account is suspended or terminated at any time for any reason, the Cardmember shall not be allowed to participate or continue to participate in the Cash Back Rewards Programme, and any pending Cash Back payout shall be cancelled. 2. The following transactions shall be excluded from 5X UNIRM Reward Points Programme, UNIRM Points Programme and PPL Access Programme: (a) Purchases of goods or services at UOB SMART$ Merchants; (b) Balance Transfers; (c) Easi Payment Plans; (d) 0% Interest-Free Instalment Payment Plans; (e) Flexi-Credit Plans;

(f) Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions; (g) Cash withdrawals; (h) Payments to government: (i) Alimony and child support; (ii) Fines by Court, government, State authorities or local authorities; (iii) Bail or bond payments; (iv) Payment of taxes to the government; or (v) Payment to any government department; (i) Petrol transactions; (j) Transportation transactions; (k) Top-up transactions; (l) Utility bills; (m) Charity bodies; and (n) Payment of annual card membership fees, interest payments, late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals, goods and services tax and any other form of service or miscellaneous fees using UOBM PRVI Miles Card. 3. UOBM reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend the Rewards Programme in whole or in part, at any time with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by UOBM of the Rewards Programme shall not entitle the Cardmember to any claim or compensation against UOBM for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers whether as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension. 4. The Cardmembers are eligible to participate in the Rewards Programme provided that the Cardmembers have not defaulted on any terms and conditions of the Cardmember Agreement. 5. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in the event that the rewards are awarded to and received by persons who have committed or are suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful act in relation to the use of their UOBM PRVI Miles Card and/or any transaction made using their UOBM PRVI Miles Card, UOBM reserves the right to disqualify such persons from earning or utilizing the UNIRM Points or Cash Back or revoke the PPL Access of such persons. 6. The Rides and the PPL Access are provided solely by the Service Providers. UOBM assumes no liability or responsibility for any act, omission, default or defects of the Service Providers in the services offered. UOBM is not an agent of the Service Providers. Any dispute about the quality or the service standard must be resolved directly with the Service Providers. UOBM will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or usage of the services provided by the Service Providers. UOBM shall not be liable for any unexpected incident such as delay, unexpected traffic congestion, natural disaster or any event that would affect the normal business operations of the Service Providers.

UOBM SMART$ Rebate Programme ( Programme ) 7. The Cardmembers are entitled to earn SMART$ on purchases made with UOBM PRVI Miles Card at any SMART$ merchant outlet via UOBM terminals at the rate determined between UOBM and the SMART$ merchant. 8. The Cardmembers eligibility to participate in this Programme is subject to and shall be in accordance with the SMART$ Rebate Programme Terms and Conditions. 9. For the avoidance of doubt, all references to the value of any given transaction with UOBM PRVI Miles Card shall be deemed to be a reference to the final amount charged to the UOBM PRVI Miles Card. General Terms and Conditions 10. By participating in the Rewards Programme, the Cardmembers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any amendment and/or variation to it and the terms and conditions in the Cardmember Agreement. 11. The record of transactions maintained by UOBM and UOBM s decision on all matters relating to the Rewards Programme shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Cardmembers. UOBM shall not be obliged to give any reason or entertain any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Rewards Programme. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Cardmember or any third party will be entertained. 12. UOBM shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of sales transactions by Visa International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party which may result in the Cardmembers failing to be entitled to the rewards under the Rewards Programme. 13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UOBM expressly excludes and disclaims any representation, warranty or endorsement, express or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Rewards Programme. 14. UOBM shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorized third party in respect of the Rewards Programme offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising materials.

15. UOBM shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the Cardmembers and/or third party resulting directly or indirectly from the Rewards Programme. 16. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Rewards Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 17. UOBM reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary the Rewards Programme s Terms and Conditions, from time to time, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion, by providing twenty-one (21) days prior notice to the Cardmembers via posting on UOBM s website, displaying a notice at any of UOBM s branches, a statement insert in the Statement of Account or any other manner as may be determined by UOBM from time to time. 18. UOBM reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate the Rewards Programme, wholly or in part, at any time with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, withdrawal, suspension, extension or termination by UOBM of the Rewards Programme shall not entitle the Cardmembers to any claim or compensation against UOBM for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers whether as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, withdrawal, suspension, extension or termination. 19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Cardmembers agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. -END-
