Welcome The My Flexible Benefits scheme is designed to provide you with a range of great benefits and money-saving opportunities, whilst giving you choice and flexibility in your package. And if your lifestyle changes, you can log onto the My Flexible Benefits website and request to change some of your benefits all year round. The purpose of this brochure is to provide you with an overview of your My Flexible Benefits and the choices available to you for 2017/18. Any questions? Introducing My Flexible Benefits Each year you are given an enrolment window during which you will be able to log in to the website and select your benefits for the coming scheme year 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018. You will have the opportunity to select the benefits you would like, the level of cover you require and also who you want to include from your family. Once you ve chosen your benefits they will be fixed for the scheme year, and available for you to review and change again during the next annual enrolment window in February 2018. Outside of this opportunity, you will only be able to make changes to these annual benefits if you have a significant change in your life circumstances (known as a Life Event. See page 4). For details on Anytime benefits please see page 2. Please note - the premium for some benefits may increase each year. CCEP negotiate savings and obtain competitive corporate rates where possible but please check your selections to see the final costs. Dates for the diary My Flexible Benefits scheme launches on 20 February 2017 You then have until midnight on 8 March 2017 to choose your benefits Salary Sacrifice Where we can, we have offered benefits via Salary Sacrifice meaning that in some cases you can save on tax and National Insurance () In addition, CCEP has negotiated some very special discounts to bring you competitively priced benefits and offers where possible. What s available For our My Flexible Benefit scheme we have negotiated some great money saving deals. All of our lives are different and this is reflected in the choice of benefits that we offer this year. We have a great choice of benefits ranging from Life Assurance, Income Protection and Retail Vouchers. My Flexible Benefits not only gives you the freedom to choose the benefits you want, it also saves you money on them too! As a big company, we are able to arrange better rates for your benefits than you could as an individual, plus many of the benefits available let you save on tax, National Insurance () or both (see overleaf). Within two weeks of joining you will be given access to the system with around two weeks to make your selections. Your chosen benefits will then take effect from the first of the following month. My Savings Key: CCEP Personal Pension Plan CCE Pension Scheme (closed scheme) ANYTIME BENEFIT This benefit can be selected at anytime throughout the year. This benefit has been offered to help you prepare for your retirement. Details of the CCEP Personal Pension Plan include: The CCE Pension Scheme is a Defined Benefit Scheme, which closed to new members on 1 October 2005. Benefit rolls over to the new scheme year should you make no changes. Employee contributions start at 3% CCEP matches your contribution, plus 2% (up to a maximum company contribution of 10%) You benefit from tax relief and savings (through salary sacrifice) During the enrolment window or indeed, at any time during the scheme year you have the opportunity to change your contribution rates. The minimum employee contribution is 3%, but you can pay in much more than this if you choose to. CCEP will match your contribution plus add an additional 2% (up to maximum of 10%). As an example, if you choose to contribute 5%, CCEP will contribute 7%, meaning the total contribution to your pension plan is 12%. After auto-enrolment at CCEP, most employees are in the plan. However, if you are not in the Pension Plan and wish to join, you can obtain the application form and plan details from iconnect. If you are a member of the scheme, you have the opportunity to change your level of contribution once a year, either up or down, during the My Flexible Benefit enrolment period. If you do not change your contribution level, you will remain at your current level of contribution. Foundation Contribution Build-up rates 1 3.25% 1/65th ANNUAL Save Tax. Save. You need to actively select this benefit during the 3 week enrolment window in February. This benefit does not roll over. ANYTIME BENEFIT 2 3 5% 1/58th 8% 1/50th 5
My Finances Income Protection Should you be off work for an extended period and you meet the insurers criteria for claiming, you will: Receive an income if you are off for over 26 weeks Be paid benefit for up to five years Be able to choose cover for yourself from 40% up to 60% of your reference salary Please note, all employees selecting this benefit and increasing cover must complete a health declaration and return this to: Legal & General Group Protection Medical Underwriting Team Legal & General Assurance Society Limited Legal & General House St Monica s Road Kingswood Tadworth KT20 6EU The cost of Income Protection is free from tax and Life Assurance Have peace of mind that, should you pass away, your dependants will have financial help: Receive 4x gross earnings cover as a core benefit Select up to an additional 9x gross earnings* Beneficiaries receive the lump sum benefit Increase cover by up to two levels each year (one level at renewal and one during a Life Event) Choose Life Insurance cover for your partner of up to 150,000 (subject to completing a health declaration and being underwritten by the insurer) You should complete a nomination of beneficiary form and return this to HR Rewards. For yourself, the cost of Life Insurance is free from both tax and For your partner, and the cost of Life Insurance is free from contributions only. * Please note that the maximum Life Insurance cover you can select for yourself (excluding core cover) is subject to an overall cap of 1.8M. Any selections that you make will count towards the Lifetime Allowance in the event of your death; please speak to your financial adviser if this is a concern for you. 6
My Wellbeing Critical Illness Insurance If you are diagnosed with a serious illness or condition covered by the insurance, Critical Illness Insurance will help you financially: Receive a tax-free lump sum, which can be claimed 14 days after diagnosis Select cover in units of 10,000 Cover yourself up to 250,000, and your partner up to 150,000 Children receive free cover of 25% of your amount (up to max of 20,000 per child) You can increase cover by any number of units at renewal or Life Event* * Please note that no underwriting is required when you first select cover or subsequent increases in cover, however pre-existing conditions (and related conditions) are excluded (please see scheme documents for full information). The benefit cost is calculated based on the level you select and your age at the start of the scheme year. The cost of Critical Illness Insurance is free from Health Assessments Help look after the health of you and your partner: Each assessment includes a review of your physical condition and lifestyle Choose from three levels of assessment A mammogram is offered as part of an option for female employees age 40 or above A health screen for your partner is available even if you do not select this benefit for yourself This benefit provides employees with the opportunity to take a health assessment during each flex year. The cost of Health Assessments is free from tax and Contributions for you and free from contributions for your partner. ANNUAL 7
Healthcare Cash Plan Private Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Save money on a range of treatments and services: Low cost ways of paying for healthcare charges Receive reimbursement for dental, optical, physiotherapy and more Speedy reimbursement process Choose from five levels of cover, and extend this to your partner and your dependant children. The cost of the Healthcare Cash Plan is free from Cover the cost of treatment received from a private hospital or specialist: Provides cover for in-patient and out-patient charges Cover specialist charges when referred by your GP Speedy access to treatment Choose to cover just yourself or extend it to include your family. Please be aware, for any new members or if existing members decide to increase their level of cover, an application form will be required. This must be completed, returned and accepted by Bupa before cover is put in place. The cost of Private Medical Insurance is free from Cover the cost of dental care: Covered from day one No prior checks required Claim up to 2950 each scheme year Choose NHS or private dentist Enjoy swift reimbursement Extend cover to include your family Receive treatment when travelling abroad Choose from five levels of cover, varying from reimbursement of NHS costs up to higher private fees. The cost of Dental Insurance is free from 8
My Lifestyle Childcare Vouchers This option can help working parents make significant savings on childcare: Purchase up to 220 in Childcare Vouchers per pay period Childcare providers must be Ofsted regulated Vouchers can be used at a registered nursery, child-minder, play scheme, after school club or summer club Available to employees with legal responsibility for a dependant Available up to 1 September following the child s 15th Birthday or up to 1 September following the child s 16th Birthday for children that are registered disabled The amount you are able to take free from tax and National Insurance () is now capped according to Government guidelines. Everyone is able to receive the equivalent of 20% tax relief on up to 220 worth of vouchers per pay period. See the My Flexible Benefits platform for more details. ANYTIME BENEFIT Retail Vouchers Retail Vouchers allow you to make savings by giving discounts on the face value of retail cards: Discount varies between 3% and 8.5% Choose an amount between 10 and 2500 each pay period Visit the Flexbank site to allocate your funds to reloadable retail cards Save funds to transfer to cards at a later date Administration, insured delivery and post charges will apply Retailers include John Lewis, M&S, Debenhams and many more. Please note, current users can continue to reload cards through the Flexbank account. Holiday Trading Apply some flexibility to your annual leave entitlement: Holiday Buying enables you to take some extra time off when you need it most Select up to a maximum of five extra holiday days for a full time employee Holiday bought must be taken between April 2017 and the end of March 2018 Alternatively, if you have more holiday than you really want to take this year, then you could choose to sell some of your holiday days to get more money in your salary (up to 5 days maximum for a full time employee). All buying or selling of holiday must be approved by your line manager. The cost of Holiday Buying is free from tax and ANNUAL 9
Travel Insurance This benefit gives you cover for multiple trips for a whole year: Cover for personal, non-business travel outside and within the UK (travel must include an overnight stay) Choose from Worldwide cover or European cover Include winter sports if required Receive 12 months of cover from just 43.00 Split the cost over 13 pay periods You can cover yourself, your partner and children too (cover for up to six children). Children can be covered up to the age of 25 if in full time education. The cost of Travel Insurance is free from Payroll Giving Support your favourite charities through regular donations: Choose charities to donate to Make regular donations hassle-free Donate in a tax efficient way Support your favourite causes Choose multiple charities and make your donations straight through payroll. You can also choose to save your money in a My Giving Account, to distribute when you want and to the charity/charities you want to support. The cost of Payroll Giving is free from tax but subject to ANYTIME BENEFIT Cycle to Work Get fit and go green with a tax-free bike: Choose a bike worth up to 1,000 and pay the balance over 12 months (13 pay periods) At least 50% of the bike s use must be for your commute to and from work The bike may be offered for sale at the end of the hire agreement for a fair market value Choose a bike from any Halfords store Cycle to Work is a government-led initiative to reduce CO2 emissions by encouraging people to use environmentally friendly transport. After enrolment you will receive an email which will have a link to your hire agreement. The hire agreement needs to be digitally signed and returned. Once this is completed you will receive a final email with your voucher in it. Your voucher can be redeemed at any Halfords store throughout the UK. The cost of Cycle to Work is free from tax and ANNUAL 10

The cost of the Dining Card is free from Travel Vouchers can be purchased to help pay for your Holiday if you buy it through STA Travel. You can select up to a maximum of 1,950 and then you pay the selected amount over the course of the scheme year. Once the benefit has been selected, you can spend the vouchers as soon as you receive them. Use your vouchers to pay for flights, accommodation and much more Can be used for any destination worldwide - the choice is yours! You can choose up to 1,950 worth of vouchers each scheme year to use for holiday travel with loved ones. ANNUAL Tech Benefit (NEW for 2017) ANNUAL This exciting scheme provides you with access to a wide-range of computer equipment, gadgets and accessories from market leading brands; Apple, Bose, Sonos, as well as Windows PCs and Android devices and many more! By participating, you ll be able to take advantage of the latest range of products and split the cost over the next 13 pay periods. FAQs What happens if I leave the company? If you leave, all benefits under the My Flexible Benefits scheme will cease. Certain benefits that are contracted for a fixed term will need the remaining outstanding balance to be deducted from your final net pay. These benefits include: Cycle to Work, Health Assessment, Holiday Trading, Dining Card and Red Letter Days. What happens if I don t choose any flexible benefits? There is no obligation to take part. If you do not wish to make any selections you are encouraged to confirm this by pressing the submit button. If you do not submit, your current benefits will continue with the exception of any holiday bought or sold, Health Assessments, Cycle to Work and Dental Insurance. What is Salary Sacrifice? Salary Sacrifice is a contractual agreement whereby your salary is reduced by a given amount in return for the employer providing a benefit, usually of the same value. The reduction in salary means your National Insurance () contributions, and in some cases income tax contributions, will actually be reduced. Your salary before pre salarysacrifice is protected and will be referred to as your Reference Salary. Your Reference Salary will be applied to benefits such as pension contribution calculations and mortgage references. What happens if my circumstances change throughout the year? A Life Event is the term used to describe a significant event in your home or work life which may have an impact on your benefit choices.
