Engineering and Design Right from our first contact with you, we advise you and help you to plan. After all, you want a high quality end product that meets all your requirements. We help you to find the right solutions. Our qualified Engineers work with you every step of the way, to achieve the optimum solution for you from our world class production facility. The result must be first-class and we use various methods to make sure it is. First we establish a clear picture of your wishes and requirements. We use 3D CAD to develop the design. If necessary, backed up by strength calculations. If required, we make a prototype. Our knowledge and experience guarantee that there are no surprises in store for you. Or, as the head of our design and construction office says: honesty creates trust. Tools and quality The key to the whole production process is having the right tools. We use quality tools to make solid, reliable products. Once you ve approved the design, we start making the tools required. Your wishes and requirements are all incorporated into accurately drawn up technical specifications. Needless to say, the tools are extensively tested and we even make prototypes. This testing enables us to fine-tune the production process. And because we have our own tool-making shop, we can respond quickly to any unexpected problems or unforeseen circumstances. When the prototype is approved we start making the product, with quality controls in keeping with the required standards being applied throughout the production process. Pressing and 3D laser-cutting Pressing products requires great care and accuracy. We produce many different shapes for many different applications. The fully automated and semi-automated presses (carrying your tools) can tackle a very wide range of products. Everything is geared to your individual wishes and requirements. 3D laser-cutting is a valuable addition to our range of processes and is eminently suitable for products with short delivery times because no other cutting tools need to be made. We generally use this technique for short production runs. We attach great importance to maintaining our pressingtools. Without it we would not be able to do our work properly. Care of our equipment is also reflected in our emphasis on proper storage facilities. Our storage areas are fireproof and fully computerised. 2D/3D laser-cutting and Bending Our 2D and 3D laser-cutting processes involve virtually no manual work; they are all completely automated and linked to a fully computerised sheet steel warehouse. It all looks so easy, but these processes call for exceptional craftsmanship because every aspect must be accurately calculated and prepared. Our Bending facility is also linked to the fully computerised storage system. Combining these two production facilities gives us time and product cycles. Welding The welding shop is where the preprocessed products come together when welding is required. Various welding techniques are available including laser, MIG, TIG and spot welding. Welding robots are used for longer production runs. These sophisticated machines are fast and are set up individually for each specific job. Manual welding is used for more specialised work. Our welders are experienced, internationally certified and trained in the specific welding techniques required for particular products. Coating, Assembly and Distribution The final stage of the production process could be the finishing. This could include among others powder-coating products in the required colour according to your specifications. If required, we can assemble the various semi-finished products. We do this in the paint shop or, if the work is more specialised, in the assembly department. Strict quality control measures are an integral part of the whole process from raw materials to end product. The result is an end product that meets all your wishes and requirements and our high quality standards. All your products are then carefully packed and finally dispatched to wherever we have arranged with you to send them.
