Maybank Cards Auto PayBills 2017 campaign Terms and Conditions Promotion Information and Eligibility 1. This Promotion is open to all Mastercard, Visa, American Express Cards (credit & charge) cardmembers including their supplementary cardmembers who are residing in Malaysia ( the Eligible Subscriber ). In order to be eligible for the promotion and cash rebates, all the Eligible Subscriber s accounts must be valid and in good standing as may be determined by Malayan Banking Berhad ( Maybank ). 2. The following shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:- a. Maybank Corporate/Purchasing Card cardmembers b. Employees of the advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families. c. Cardmembers whose accounts with Maybank which have been suspended, closed or who are in breach of their Agreement with Maybank shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion. 3. The selected Auto PayBills service providers participating in the Campaign are as follows: a. Astro b. Celcom c. Digi d. Etiqa e. Indah Water Consortium f. Sarawak Energy g. Telekom Malaysia h. Tenaga Nasional Berhad i. All Municipality Assessment Service Providers Promotion Period 1. Maybank Auto PayBills Campaign ( the Campaign ) commences on 1 September 2017 and shall end on 31 December 2017 ( the Promotion Period ). Rewards 1. Eligible Subscriber must have enroll for a NEW Auto Paybills on any of the above Autopay Service Providers with Maybank AutoPay enrolment form within the campaign period and any existing autobilling transaction enrolled and/or charged prior to the start of the campaign period is not eligible for the campaign. 2. Automatic Entry(s) will be given based on number of new Auto Paybills enrolments as follow:- Enrolment Entries 1 New Bill 1 entry 2 New Bills 5 entries 3 and above New Bills 10 entries

Prizes 1. Upon satisfying the campaign criteria, the eligible cardmembers stands to win RM300 cash back. Cash Prize:- No. of Winners Prizes 128 RM 300 Cash Back 2. There are 10 units of iphone 7 exclusive for New DiGi Auto Paybills enrolment on top of cash back. No. of Winners Prizes 10 iphone 7 3. Total amount of Cashback Reward to be given away is capped at Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Eight Thousand & Four Hundreds only (RM 38,400) throughout the campaign period. Each cardmember is eligible for Cash Back only once for each new autopay account enrolment while DiGi customers can stand a chance to win an iphone 7 with each NEW DiGi Auto Paybills enrolment. 4. Eligible Cardmembers will be shortlisted by Maybank s randomizer programme. 5. The 10 winners of iphone 7 will be contacted by DiGi to arrange for prize fulfillment. 6. The Cashback shall be credited to the customer s active credit card account within 6-8 weeks from campaign end date. 7. Maybank shall not be liable for any risk, loss or damage to the prizes upon handover of the prizes to the Winners. Neither shall Maybank be liable for or obligated to recognize or replace defective, damage or stolen prizes. 8. The prizes are not transferable and exchangeable for up-front cash or credit of any kind, whether in part or in full. Qualification Mechanics 1. To be eligible for the Promotion, the Cardmember must enroll for a NEW Autopay account on any of the eight (8) selected Service Providers and also any of Municipality Assessment Service Providers during the Promotion Period. Any cancellation of existing Autopay facilities and re-enrol for this campaign is not eligible for the rewards.

Only transactions made payable to an individual Auto PayBills account shall be eligible for this Promotion. Transactions made to a company s Auto PayBills account shall be disqualified. General Terms and Conditions 1. By enrolling in the Maybank Auto PayBills campaign ("the Service"), the Cardmember ("the Subscriber") authorises Maybank ("the Bank"), as the case may be, to: a. Obtain the amount of the monthly charges of the Subscriber from the Service Provider on the application form; and b. Disclose relevant information on their credit card account to the Service Provider for the purpose of the Service and automatically debit the bill amount to the Subscriber's credit card account. The above authorisations will cease upon the Subscriber withdrawing from the Service or if the Service is terminated by the Bank for any reasons whatsoever. c. Authorise the Bank to work with the Service Providers to overwrite any existing or similar service with this new instruction. 2. The bill amount will be automatically debited to the Subscriber's credit & charge card account upon approval by the Bank (if the card is maintained with Maybank). The Bank reserves the right to decline and to debit the Subscriber's credit & cgarge card account maintained with the Bank for the bill amount without assigning any reason thereof notwithstanding the fact that the Subscriber s credit & charge card account with the Bank may have been settled in full. 3. In the event of the Bank declining as provided in Clause 2 above, the Subscriber will be notified by the Service Provider and the Subscriber will accordingly be liable to settle all sums due to the Service Provider directly. In this instance, the Bank shall not be obliged to inform the subscriber regarding the non-payment of the sums due or be liable for any claims, demands and losses arising therefrom. 4. The Bank shall only entertain queries relating to the payment of bill charges via the Service. All other queries including but not limited to queries concerning disputes, line problems and termination of Service, shall be referred directly to the Service Provider.

5. The Subscriber must inform the Service Provider in writing of any changes of the credit & charge card number, including new credit & charge card number issued under "lost card" or "conversion" of Card provided that these Terms and Conditions shall apply with regards to the new credit & charge card. 6. The Subscriber may terminate the Service by giving two (2) month's prior notice in writing to the Service Provider. 7. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Service forthwith without notice due to default or breach by the Subscriber of these Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of the Cardholder Agreement with the Bank. Upon termination by the Bank of the Service, the Subscriber shall be liable to settle all sums due to the Service Provider directly without the involvement of the Bank, and the Bank shall not be liable for any claims, demands and losses caused by such termination. 8. Maybank reserves the right to vary/change any or all of the terms and conditions (including the privileges made available by Maybank in connection with the Card whether such privileges are set out herein or elsewhere) whenever the Bank deems necessary by giving 21 calendar days notice before the implementation. 9. By completing the application form, the Subscriber hereby declares that the information given by him/her is true and complete. 10. If the Bank approves the Subscriber s application for the Service, the Bank will award the Subscribers with the respective rewards(s) earned for the stipulated period of promotion only. This is provided that the subscription is made using Maybank Credit & Charge Card. In the event that the rewards(s) is unavailable, Maybank will replace it with a substitute of similar value with 21 days prior notice. Every credit & charge cardholder will only be entitled to one rewards. 11. The Terms and Conditions as may be imposed by the Service Provider(s) in respect of its/their AutoPay service shall apply to the Service as if the same are incorporated herein. 12. By participating in this campaign, cardmember agrees to be bound by accessing Maybank website at www.maybank2u.com on a regular basis to view the terms & conditions and to ensure that they are kept-up-to-date with any changes or variations made to the terms & conditions.

Terma dan Syarat Kempen Maybank Cards Auto PayBills 2017 Maklumat Promosi dan Kelayakan 1. Promosi ini terbuka kepada semua ahli kad kredit Mastercard, Visa, American Express (kredit & caj) termasuk ahli kad tambahan mereka yang menetap di Malaysia ("Pelanggan yang Layak"). Untuk layak mendapat promosi dan rebat tunai, semua akaun Pelanggan Layak mesti sah dan dalam keadaan baik sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Malayan Banking Berhad ("Maybank"). 2. Berikut adalah tidak layak menyertai Kempen ini: - a. Ahli Kad Korporat / Pembelian Kad Maybank b. Pekerja agensi pengiklanan dan promosi, dan keluarga terdekat mereka. c. Ahli Kad yang akaunnya dengan Maybank yang telah digantung, ditutup atau yang melanggar Perjanjian mereka dengan Maybank tidak layak menyertai Promosi ini. 3. Pembekal perkhidmatan Auto PayBills yang terpilih menyertai Kempen adalah seperti berikut: a. Astro b. Celcom c. Digi d. Etiqa e. Indah Water Consortium f. Sarawak Energy g. Telekom Malaysia h. Tenaga Nasional Berhad i. Semua Penyedia Perkhidmatan Penilaian Perbandaran Tempoh Promosi 1. Kempen Maybank Auto PayBills ("Kempen") bermula pada 1 September 2017 dan akan berakhir pada 31 Disember 2017 ("Tempoh Promosi"). Ganjaran 1. Untuk melayakkan diri untuk promosi ini, pelanggan haruslah mendaftar untuk produk Maybank Auto PayBills pada mana-mana Penyedia Perkhidmatan terpilih dan juga mana-mana Majlis Perbandaran terpilih semasa tempoh promosi. Mana-mana pembatalan kemudahan pembayaran automatik yang sedia ada dan mendaftar semula untuk kempen ini tidak layak mendapat ganjaran. 2. Kemasukan Automatik akan diberikan berdasarkan bilangan pendaftaran Auto PayBills baru seperti berikut: - Enrolmen Penyertaan 1 Bil baru 1 penyertaan 2 Bil baru 5 penyertaan 3 dan ke atas Bill baru 10 penyertaan

Hadiah 1. Apabila memenuhi kriteria kempen, ahli kad yang layak berpeluang untuk memenangi pulangan tunai sebanyak RM300. Hadiah Pulangan Tunai: Bilangan Pemenang Hadiah 128 RM300 Pulangan Tunai 2. Terdapat 10 unit iphone 7 eksklusif untuk pendaftaran DiGi Auto Paybills Baru di atas pungutan wang tunai. Bilangan Pemenang Hadiah 10 1 unit iphone 7 3. Jumlah Pulangan Tunai yang akan diberikan dihadkan pada Ringgit Malaysia Tiga Puluh Lapan Ratus & Empat Ratus sahaja (RM 38,400) sepanjang tempoh kempen. Setiap ahli kad layak untuk mendapat Pulangan Tunai hanya sekali untuk setiap pendaftaran manakala pelanggan DiGi berpeluang untuk memenangi iphone 7 dengan setiap pendaftaran DiGi Auto Paybills BARU. 4. Ahli Kad Layak akan disenarai pendek oleh program randomizer Maybank. 5. Pemenang 10 iphone 7 akan dihubungi oleh DiGi sendiri untuk pemilihan pemenang dan penghantaran hadiah. 6. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun kad kredit aktif pelanggan dalam tempoh 6-8 minggu dari tarikh tamat kempen. 7. Maybank tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap apa-apa risiko, kerugian atau kerosakan pada hadiah apabila penyerahan hadiah kepada Pemenang. Maybank juga tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau diwajibkan mengiktiraf atau menggantikan hadiah yang rosak, kerosakan atau dicuri. 8. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik dan tridak boleh ditukar untuk wang tunai atau kredit apa-apa jenis, sama ada sebahagian atau sepenuhnya. Mekanik Kelayakan 1. Untuk melayakkan diri untuk promosi ini, pelanggan haruslah mendaftar untuk produk Maybank Auto PayBills pada mana-mana lapan (8) Penyedia Perkhidmatan terpilih dan juga mana-mana Majlis Perbandaran terpilih semasa tempoh promosi. Mana-mana pembatalan kemudahan pembayaran automatik yang sedia ada dan mendaftar semula untuk kempen ini tidak layak mendapat ganjaran. Kemasukan Automatik akan diberikan berdasarkan bilangan pendaftaran Auto PayBills baru seperti berikut: -

Hanya transaksi yang dibuat untuk akaun Auto PayBills individu sahaja layak untuk Promosi ini. Urusniaga yang dibuat ke akaun Auto PayBills syarikat akan dibatalkan. Terma dan Syarat Am 1. Dengan mendaftarkan kempen Maybank Auto PayBills ("Perkhidmatan"), Ahli Kad ("Pelanggan") membenarkan Maybank ("Bank"), mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, untuk: a. Dapatkan amaun caj bulanan Pelanggan dari Perkhidmatan b. Pembekal borang permohonan; Dan Mendedahkan maklumat yang berkaitan pada akaun kad kredit mereka kepada penyedia Perkhidmatan untuk tujuan Perkhidmatan dan mendebit jumlah bil secara automatik kepada akaun kad kredit Pelanggan. Kebenaran di atas akan terhenti apabila Pelanggan menarik diri dari Perkhidmatan atau jika Perkhidmatan ditamatkan oleh Bank atas apa jua sebab. c. Saya memberi kuasa kepada Bank untuk bekerjasama dengan Penyedia Perkhidmatan untuk menimpa mana-mana d. Perkhidmatan sedia ada atau yang serupa dengan arahan baru ini. 2. Jumlah bil berkenaan akan didebitkan secara automatik ke dalam akaun kad kredit Pelanggan di atas kelulusan oleh pihak Bank (jika ianya Kad Maybank) ataupun di atas kelulusan oleh bank pengeluar (jika ianya kad bank-bank/pengeluar-pengeluar kad yang lain).pihak Bank berhak menolak percubaan untuk mendebitkan akaun kad kredit Pelanggan yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak Bank bagi jumlah bil tersebut tanpa memberikan sebarang alasan meskipun akaun kad kredit Pelanggan dengan pihak Bank mungkin telah dijelaskan sepenuhnya. 3. Sekiranya Bank menolak seperti yang diperuntukkan dalam Klausa 2 di atas, Pelanggan akan dimaklumkan oleh Penyedia Perkhidmatan dan Pelanggan akan bertanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan semua jumlah yang disebabkan oleh Pembekal Perkhidmatan secara langsung. Dalam hal ini, Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk memaklumkan kepada pelanggan berkenaan dengan tidak membayar jumlah wang yang kena dibayar atau dipertanggungjawabkan untuk sebarang tuntutan, tuntutan dan kerugian yang timbul daripadanya.

4. Bank hanya akan melayani pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan pembayaran caj bil melalui Perkhidmatan. Semua pertanyaan lain termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada pertanyaan mengenai pertikaian, masalah talian dan penamatan Perkhidmatan, hendaklah dirujuk secara langsung kepada Penyedia Perkhidmatan. 5. Pelanggan mesti memaklumkan Penyedia Perkhidmatan secara bertulis mengenai sebarang perubahan dalam nombor kad kredit & caj, termasuk nombor kad kredit & caj baru yang dikeluarkan di bawah "kad hilang" atau "penukaran" dengan syarat Terma dan Syarat ini terpakai berhubung dengan Kad kredit & caj baru. 6. Pelanggan boleh menamatkan Perkhidmatan dengan memberikan notis awal dua (2) bulan secara bertulis kepada Penyedia Perkhidmatan. 7. Pihak Bank berhak menamatkan Perkhidmatan berkenaan serta-merta tanpa sebarang sebab kerana Pelanggan telah gagal mematuhi atau melanggar akan Syarat dan Peraturan ini ataupun Syarat dan Peraturan Perjanjian Pemegang Kad dengan pihak Bank. Dengan penamatan Perkhidmatan tersebut oleh pihak Bank, Pelanggan bertanggungjawab untuk menjelaskan segala jumlah yang perlu dibayar terus kepada Pembekal Perkhidmatan tanpa penglibatan Pihak Bank. Pihak Bank tidak akan bertanggungjawab bagi sebarang dakwaan, tuntutan dan kerugian akibat penamatan sedemikian. 8. Maybank mempunyai hak untuk mengubah / menukar mana-mana atau semua terma dan syarat (termasuk keistimewaan yang disediakan oleh Maybank berkaitan dengan Kad sama ada keistimewaan tersebut dinyatakan di sini atau di mana-mana tempat lain) apabila Bank menganggap perlu dengan memberikan 21 kalendar Notis hari sebelum pelaksanaan. 9. Dengan melengkapkan borang permohonan, Pelanggan dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa maklumat yang diberikan olehnya adalah benar dan lengkap. 10. Sekiranya Bank meluluskan permohonan Pelanggan untuk Perkhidmatan tersebut, Bank akan memberi ganjaran masing-masing untuk tempoh promosi yang ditetapkan sahaja. Ini diberikan bahawa langganan dibuat dengan menggunakan Kad Kredit & Kad Kredit Maybank. Sekiranya ganjaran tidak tersedia, Maybank akan menggantikannya dengan pengganti nilai yang sama dengan notis 21 hari sebelumnya. Setiap pemegang kad kredit & caj hanya berhak mendapat satu hadiah. 11. Terma dan Syarat yang mungkin dikenakan oleh Pembekal Servis berkenaan dengan perkhidmatan Auto PayBills mereka hendaklah terpakai kepada Perkhidmatan seolaholah perkara yang sama dimasukkan ke dalamnya. 12. Dengan menyertai kempen ini, ahli kad bersetuju untuk terikat dengan mengakses laman web Maybank di www.maybank2u.com secara tetap untuk melihat terma & syarat dan memastikan bahawa mereka sentiasa dikemas kini dengan apa-apa perubahan atau Variasi yang dibuat kepada terma & syarat.
