Be It Resolved that the Governing Board of the ESC approves a contract for service with NaviGate Prepared for Emergency Management Planning and Implementation for $1,500 to be renewed annually for $500. 854 The Superintendent updated the Governing Board on new districts aligning with the ESC of Cuyahoga County. Currently, we have 7 Portage County districts, 2 Summit County districts, 2 Geauga County districts and 1 Lake County district that will join the ESC of Cuyahoga County next year. We have been meeting with all Portage County districts and with officials from ODE regarding the closing of the Portage County ESC. Wickliffe City Schools has approached the ESC to be a partner with Lubrizol for a future project. Resolution #2015-05-12 - Approve Consent Agenda Be It Resolved that the Governing Board of the ESC approves the Consent Agenda with the following items: a.
