Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation (INSC) EuropeAid INSC (DEVCO) supports a higher level of nuclear safety, radiation protection and the application of efficient and effective safeguards of nuclear materials in non-eu countries. Training and Tutoring for experts of the Nuclear Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) and their Technical Support Organisations (TSOs) for developing or strengthening their regulatory and technical capabilities 1166 trainees and 66 tutees (2012-2015).and success continues. The regional dimension is now expending to all EuropAid regions around the world.
