PRODUCT DISCLOSURE SHEET Read this Product Disclosure Sheet before you decide to take out the Export Factoring Facility (EFF) Receivables Purchase Program for Exporters. Be sure to also read the terms stated in the Letter of Offer. Seek clarification from your institution if you do not understand any part of this document or the general terms. RHB Bank Berhad (6171-M) EXPORT FACTORING FACILITY (EFF)- RECEIVABLES PURCHASE PROGRAM FOR EXPORTERS Date: / / 1. What is this product about? Export Factoring Facility (EFF) is a receivables purchase program for exporters that offers a unique financial solution combining credit risk protection, working capital as well as collection and receivable services to the exporters. Under the EFF, an agreement will be signed between exporter (seller / customer) and RHB Bank Berhad (RHB) (as Export Factor ). RHB purchases eligible / approved duly assigned accounts receivables / debts from the exporters (customer). RHB undertakes the responsibility for collection and payment from pre-approved importers (buyers). Advance / prepayment on eligible / approved debts is available at an attractive discount rate. 2. What do I get from this product? Credit protection on eligible / approved receivables / debts for protracted default and/or insolvency of approved buyers. Advance/prepayment may be up to 85% on eligible / approved receivables / debts. Collection services factoring i.e. non-advance / non-prepayment factoring. 3. What are my obligations? Seller (Customer): An agreement will be signed between Customer (Exporter) and RHB Bank Berhad (RHB) Exporter to issue and serve Notice of Assignment (NOA) to Buyer and to be duly acknowledged. Discount Charge / Rate based on advance / prepayment currency Ringgit Malaysia: Revolving Credit Cost of Funds (COF) + Spread; or Foreign Currency: Effective Cost of Funds (ECOF) + Spread Where the spread will be subject to credit evaluation on Customer s risks. Discount Charge / Rate Collected upfront. Shall be computed from the advance / prepayment date until the maturity date of the Invoice. Minimum advance / prepayment tenure is 14 days. Discount Charge/Rate calculation: Discount Charge / Rate = Prepayment x (COF or ECOF + spread%) x Tenure 365 or 360 Additional Discount Charge/Rate on Customer (applicable for late payment by Buyer calculated from invoice due / expiry date until payment is received or to the end of credit protection event, whichever is earlier) COF / ECOF + 3.50% per annum

CUT-OFF TIME FOR TRANSACTION TO BE PROCESSED Processing EFF 12:00pm upon completion and perfection of all documentation. 5. What if I fail to fulfil my obligations? In case of non-payment by approved buyer on the due date of the approved debts, the Buyer s limit will be frozen. Any further purchase or advance / prepayment of receivables will be at the Bank s discretion. In case of payment of the approved debt not received 90 days after the due date (define as the credit protection period), the Bank may cancel the buyer s limit. Additional discount charge on customer at COF / ECOF + 3.50% shall be imposed on all expired approved debts. The additional discounting charge shall be computed from the day the invoice turns expired until settlement. Expired bill penalty fee of RM100.00 will be levied. 6. What if I fully settle the loan during the lock-in period? Not Applicable 7. Do I need any insurance coverage? Not Applicable 8. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details? It is important that you inform RHB Bank Berhad of any change in your contact details to ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner. 9. Where can I get assistance and redress? If you have difficulties in making repayments, you should contact us earliest possible to discuss repayment alternatives. RHB Bank Berhad (6171-M) KEMUDAHAN PEMFAKTORAN EKSPORT (EFF)- PROGRAM PEMBELIAN PENGHUTANG BELUM TERIMA Tarikh: / / 1. Apakah produk ini? Kemudahan Pemfaktoran Eksport ( Export Factoring Facility ) (EFF) adalah program pembelian penghutang belum terima untuk pengeksport yang menawarkan penyelesaian kewangan unik yang menggabungkan perlindungan risiko kredit, modal kerja serta perkhidmatan kutipan dan penghutang belum terima untuk pengeksport. Di bawah EFF, suatu perjanjian akan ditandatangani antara pengeksport (penjual / pelanggan) dan RHB Bank Berhad (RHB) (sebagai Faktor Eksport ). RHB membeli akaun penghutang belum terima / hutang yang layak / diluluskan yang diserah hak dengan sewajarnya daripada pengeksport. RHB menanggung tanggungjawab untuk pungutan dan pembayaran daripada pengimport yang diluluskan terlebih dahulu (Pembeli). Pembayaran terdahulu / pra-pembayaran terhadap hutang yang layak / diluluskan disediakan pada kadar diskaun yang menarik. 2. Apakah yang saya peroleh daripada produk ini? Perlindungan kredit terhadap penghutang belum terima / hutang layak kerana kelewatan yang berpanjangan dan / atau insolvensi pembeli yang diluluskan. Pembayaran terdahulu / pra-pembayaran boleh mencapai sehingga 85% terhadap penghutang belum terima / hutang yang layak / diluluskan. Pemfaktoran perkhidmatan pungutan iaitu pemfaktoran tanpa pembayaran terdahulu / pra-pembayaran ( non-advance / non-prepayment factoring ). 3. Apa tanggungjawab saya? Sebagai Penjual (Pelanggan) Suatu perjanjian akan ditandatangani antara Pelanggan (Pengeksport) dan RHB Bank Berhad (RHB). Pengeksport hendaklah memberi Notis Penyerahan Hak Hutang kepada Pembeli selaku dengan pengakuan Pembeli terhadap Notis Penyerahan Hak Hutang yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengeksport kepadanya. Caj / Kadar Diskaun berdasarkan mata wang pembayaran terdahulu / pra-pembayaran Ringgit Malaysia: Kos Dana (COF) Kredit Pusingan + Tebaran; atau Mata Wang Asing: Kos Dana Efektif (ECOF) + Tebaran Dan Tebaran adalah tertakluk kepada penilaian kredit terhadap risiko pelanggan. Caj / Kadar Diskaun Dipungut terlebih dahulu. Akan dikira dari tarikh pembayaran terdahulu / pra-pembayaran sehingga tarikh matang invois. Tempoh pembayaran terdahulu / pra-pembayaran minimum adalah 14 hari. Pengiraan Caj / Kadar Diskaun: Caj / Kadar Diskaun = Pra-pembayaran x (COF atau ECOF + Tebaran%) x Tempoh 365 atau 360

Caj / Kadar Diskaun Tambahan terhadap Pelanggan (dikenakan terhadap pembayaran lewat oleh Pembeli yang dikira dari tarikh invois kena dibayar / luput sehingga pembayaran diterima atau hingga tamat peristiwa perlindungan kredit, yang mana lebih awal) COF / ECOF + 3.50% setahun WAKTU TERAKHIR UNTUK MEMPROSES TRANSAKSI Pemprosesan EFF: 12:00 tengah hari setelah semua dokumen siap dan disempurnakan. Pemprosesan pembayaran mata wang asing adalah tertakluk kepada waktu terakhir pemprosesan mata wang asing masing-masing. Pemprosesan / pembayaran melalui RENTAS : 12:00 tengah hari Pemprosesan / pembayaran melalui IBG : 12:00 tengah hari 4. Apakah fi dan caj lain yang perlu dibayar? a) Duti Setem Seperti Akta Setem 1949 (Disemak 1989) b) Fi Pengeluaran Tidak dikenakan c) Kos Pemprosesan Fi Pemfaktoran / Pembelian Penghutang Belum Terima Perkhidmatan Pungutan sahaja Fi Setem Dokumen / Perjanjian Caj dari segi peratusan nilai invois / penghutang belum terima / hutang tertakluk kepada beberapa faktor termasuk jenis industri, perolehan jualan, terma pembayaran dan kedudukan kredit pembeli Fi Tetap ( Flat Fee ) dari segi peratusan nilai invois / penghutang belum terima / hutang Nominal Kos Swift Pembayaran / Mesej Pendek (RM) Mesej Panjang (RM) Tempatan 10.00 25.00 Singapura 25.00 35.00 Asia 25.00 70.00 Lain Tempat 30.00 80.00 Kos RENTAS Kos Interbank GIRO (IBG) RM2.00

Bagaimanakah sekiranya saya gagal menunaikan tanggungjawab saya? Jika pembeli yang diluluskan tidak membuat pembayaran pada tarikh kena dibayar bagi hutang yang diluluskan, had Pembeli akan dibekukan. Sebarang pembelian lanjut atau pembayaran terdahulu / pra-pembayaran terhadap penghutang belum terima adalah menurut budi bicara Bank. Jika pembayaran hutang yang diluluskan tidak diterima 90 hari selepas tarikh kena dibayar (ditakrifkan sebagai tempoh perlindungan kredit), Bank boleh membatalkan had pembeli. Caj diskaun tambahan terhadap pelanggan pada COF / ECOF + 3.50% akan dikenakan terhadap semua hutang diluluskan yang luput. Caj pendiskaunan tambahan akan dikira dari tarikh invois menjadi luput sehingga tarikh penyelesaian. Fi penalti bil luput sebanyak RM100.00 akan dikenakan. 6. Bagaimana jika saya menyelesaikan pinjaman sepenuhnya semasa tempoh penguncian? Tiada berkaitan 7. Adakah saya memerlukan perlindungan insurans? Tiada berkaitan 8. Apakah yang saya perlu lakukan jika ada perubahan pada maklumat perhubungan saya? Adalah penting bagi anda memaklumkan kepada RHB Bank Berhad sebarang perubahan dalam butiran hubungan anda dengan kadar segera untuk memastikan segala surat-menyurat yang berkenaan sampai kepada anda tepat pada masanya. 9.
