Activity Reports: Counter Activity Employee Benefits Division Staff has compiled the following results of Counter Activity flow for the month of 2010. During the month of, 184 participants visited the Employee Benefits Division to discuss their Deferred Compensation accounts with the Great-West representatives and/or staff. During the month of, forty-five hardship cases were submitted to Great-West. Thirty-three cases were approved, four denied, and eight were pending further documentation. During the month of, the City and Department of Water and Power deferred $13,891,134 into the Deferred Compensation Plan. This compares to $15,379,188 in 2009, or a reduction of 10.7% year-over-year.
