1. Highlights of NSAP-PPS (1/2) Total of 3.16 Crore Beneficiary for 4 Social Security Pension Schemes i.e IGNOAPS, IGNDPS, IGNWPS and NFBS. Central portal hosted on Cloud - NDCSP Facilitates e-governance with G2G, G2B, G2C and C2G services Role and workflow based e-gov solution. 3. Key activities for DBT by MoRD Regional workshop conducted in 2018 at Hyderabad, Shilong, Guwahati and Gujarat for sensitization and mobilization to states for pension payment through DBT. Verification of pensioners details such as Bank details, Consent of Aadhar updation, Mobile etc regularly done by states. 1.93 Crore Aadhar seeded of NSAP Pensioners out of 1.03 crore Aadhaar verified from UIDAI-CIDR 2.21 Lakh Bank A/c and 23 thousand postal A/c in database Pre registration and account validation at PFMS Linked with MoRD MobileApp Gram Samvad. Pensioners list available at village in public domain
4. Key Enablers for DBT Framework Account Information 1. Beneficiaries bank/postal accounts details are captured by state and updated in NSAP-PPS 2. Account details are verified from Bank/India post through PFMS Aadhaar 1. Aadhaar consent are taken from pensioners and updated in NSAP-PPS 2. Aadhaar number and name as per Aadhaar authenticated with UIDAI database through API 3. Aadhaar seeding with Bank status taken from NPCI through API Payment Gateway(PFMS) 1. NSAP-PPS integrated with PFMS. 2. Payment Files/FTOs generated in NSAP-PPS and pushed to PFMS. Credit response updated in NSAP-PPS Mobile Provision to send SMS to beneficiaries has been developed for messaging.
DBT Workshops and Outcomes Four DBT workshops have been conducted during 2017-18 for capacity building in State implementing Agencies to expedite implementation of DBT under NSAP Schemes Hyderabad Shillong Guwahati Gandhinagar May, 2017 June, 2017 June, 2017 February, 2018 OUTCOMES Inauguration of NSAP PPS in Maharashtra Meghalaya, Assam, Jharkhand, Maharashtra started disbursing pensions through PFMS in FY 2017-18. Gujarat, Jharkhand, have configured their State Funded Schemes with NSAP-PPS and disbursing pensions through PFMS.
